At EYFS cutting up fruit & veg is entirely reasonable but I went to school in 1982: I had a small sandwich with beef paste or cheese inside, a small packet of crisps and a penguin or Club biscuit. I survived!
I've been using @GetFalcontext for a few weeks now, and I have found it really helpful. It's been so helpful to have things such as my crutch words pointed out. Hate to give props to @realmattfalcon, but it is pretty good.
