There has been some debate over Safe Horny vs. Woke Horny, the latter of which I just coined (in the post below), and whether there is a need for the latter or not. I think it is indeed useful to make a distinction between the two. Let me try to explain it: Safe Horny: Lady Dimitrescu from Resident Evil Village, an empowering old lady who isn't that good-looking but is sexualized. Woke Horny: Rose Belmont from Castlevania: Belmont's Curse, an unsexualized "woman" who doesn't even look like a woman. Safe Horny is usually preferred by partially cucked Japanese developers like Capcom, who are trying their best not to offend either side. Woke Horny is preferred by fully cucked Western developers who are too far gone, which is true of most of them. Needless to say, both Safe Horny and Woke Horny are bad, just to varying degrees. The distinction matters because it allows us to push back against both more accurately, without conflating them and giving the woke, or even the anti-woke, ways to defend Capcom's Safe Horny designs. Ultimately, our end goal is to get Based Horny back, which is just what we used to have in video games before feminism took over.
