Sat on a train to london thinking about people who pay for their energy on a prepayment meter and can’t afford to keep it topped up in this cold snap.

Good for you @McnabGareth @CAPuk. @PayPlan are going through IVA and DMP cases to identify potential switchers to DROs under the new rules too. We are not waiting for the annual review but getting on with it now, and we have DRO experts doing it.

Great news- @joycemccarty just proposed that @NewcastleCC's debt collection strategy adopt the Standard Financial Statement & a single view of debts accross the board, & they adopt @TheFCA definition of vulnerability. This passed - brilliant. All councils need to do this.
