I was able to crash the Zoom meeting of a graduating class of future nurses who will be on the front lines in a couple weeks fighting for the world. Much love students of St. Francis in Pennsylvania. Great to meet you all today.

And I’m sick of people being so judgmental. Why not just let people believe what they want to believe? This cathedral is over 850 years old and it was a devastating event to many. Let people try to find a positive in something that’s so sad & tragic.

u DO need them if they’re prescribed to u & that’s ok!! I pray ppl don’t actually stop taking their meds like this. I was nervous when starting mine but they literally saved me & as I’m improving I still take them everyday. Don’t decide for urself to stop meds pls see ur doc 1st!

Has anyone watched the Haunting of Hill House on Netflix?? If so how bad was it? I have to watch it for my English class and not gonna lie I’m so scared to start it. I HATE scary stuff. Hate it.

In elementary school when we would have read out loud to the class from the textbook I would literally count the kids in front of me and figure out what section I was reading so I could practice it before it got to my turn & I think that’s where my anxiety started. – at Pine Crest, TN

anxiety & depression are very hard to understand esp to those who have never experienced it themselves, so if someone comes to you asking for help or even just wanting to talk about it, pls don’t brush it off bc mental illness is not something to ignore
