Might be the best website I’ve found to feed your AI with actually good design inspiration before everyone starts using it.

If you’re on X in 2026 and haven’t seen this website yet, you’re missing the hottest Grok Bot use cases.

If you’re a junior engineer looking for a job, read this before sending your next application.
The coding interview is dead, at least for my team at Anthropic. I've seen enough to know that it no longer provides signal. I removed it from loops this month. I have a spicy, optimistic take - I think there's an opportunity for junior engineers: felixrieseberg.com/hunger-be…

I read the new X algorithm code so you don't have to tl;dr for creators: >posting back to back hurts your reach >stop farming likes and give people a reason to reply + share by copying the link of your post >original posts help new people find you >time spent reading matters >video views and profile clicks don't help ranking >real connections help your reach >small accounts have a shot too Which one surprised you most?

Don't wait for HR to explain the AI era to you. Microsoft just offered buyouts to 60,000 employees and I think this is a pretty big signal of where things are heading. That's roughly 27% of its entire workforce. To be clear, 60,000 people aren't getting fired. They're being offered a voluntary exit package. Earlier this year, microsoft offered voluntary retirement packages to around 8,750 employees. Now it's 60,000 eligible for a new buyout program and it's not just Microsoft. Meta, Coinbase, and even banks like Barclays are restructuring their workforces while investing more heavily in AI. I genuinely think more companies will follow. I've been spending a lot more time building things with AI recently, and one thing i've realized is that knowing how to prompt chatgpt is probably not enough anymore. Here's what i'd focus on if i were preparing for the next few years: >learn how to use AI to complete actual work, not just ask questions >build things. a working project is much better proof of your skills than another certificate >develop taste, creativity, and judgment, AI can generate 100 ideas, but someone still needs to know which one is good >learn distribution, storytelling, sales, and how to build relationships with people >get comfortable learning new tools because whatever you're using today might be outdated next year I don't think everyone needs to become an AI engineer. but I do think everyone needs to understand how AI is changing their own industry. This isn't just about keeping your job. There are probably more opportunities than ever for people who know how to use these tools to build something of their own. The worst thing you can do is pretend nothing is changing.
BREAKING: Microsoft, $MSFT, is offering buyouts to 60,000 workers as part of the company’s efforts to cut costs amid AI adoption, per Bloomberg. Personnel on select teams in the US, Canada, India, and the UK at a vice president level and below will be eligible. This reflects ~27% of Microsoft's total workforce.

Anthropic went from $41M in annual revenue in 2023 to $16.3 BILLION in just the first 6 months of 2026. I've been looking through the numbers from its IPO filing today and some of this stuff genuinely doesn't make sense to my brain. They generate over $6.6M in annual revenue per employee. Then i saw their net revenue retention is around 900%. basically, existing qualified customers are spending 9x more than they did a year ago. Here are a few more things i found interesting: >around 250 customers each generate $10M+ in annual revenue. just 250 customers. >48% of revenue comes through cloud marketplaces. even one of the biggest AI companies in the world relies heavily on other companies for distribution. >claude cowork grew faster than claude code did at the same stage. apparently everyone wants AI to do their work, not just developers. >80% of its first-half revenue was usage-based. the more work people give AI, the more money anthropic makes. >the 7 cofounders will still control 50.1% of shareholder voting power after the IPO. Three years ago this company was making $41M a year. now we're comparing its revenue with some of the biggest technology companies on earth. I genuinely don't think we've fully processed how fast this industry is moving. Exciting times to be building in AI.

just added a live stats dashboard to toolhype. you can literally watch where visitors are coming from on a globe, see the top countries this week, and track how often bots like ChatGPT and Claude are crawling the site. kinda addictive watching a side project get discovered by humans and AI bots around the world.
built this while getting a haircut today lol. Grok @bot is insane. it tracks which AI tools + software are actually getting hyped on X so you don’t have to scroll all day trying to keep up. try it out + subscribe if you want to catch the next thing before everyone else.

hot take: a mediocre product with a cult-like community will outperform an incredible product nobody feels attached to. AI can clone your features overnight. it can't clone years of friendships, trust, and shared experiences. most founders are building the wrong moat.
There is no moat in the code anymore. What's left: Distribution. Taste. Community. Anything physical. If you don't have one of those, you're a feature someone will clone in a weekend.

marketing is the only job where literally everyone in the company thinks they can do your job. >CEO sends you content ideas at 2am. >sales team wants more leads with $0 ad spend. >product team hates your ragebait copy but wants viral reach for their mid product. >finance wants better ROI and keeps cutting your event budget. >legal team wants to approve every meme. >your community wants you online 24/7. and yes your partner thinks you just make memes on social media for a living.
