वर्ष 2017 से पहले पुलिस भर्तियों में अनियमितताओं, भेदभाव और भ्रष्टाचार से युवाओं का विश्वास प्रभावित होता था। भर्ती निकलते ही चाचा-भतीजे की जोड़ी वसूली के लिए भी निकल पड़ती थी।
डबल इंजन सरकार ने इस व्यवस्था को बदलकर युवाओं के परिश्रम और प्रतिभा को उनका अधिकार दिलाया है। अब नौकरी पाने के लिए किसी सिफारिश या धन की नहीं, केवल योग्यता की आवश्यकता है। वर्ष 2017 से अब तक उत्तर प्रदेश पुलिस में विभिन्न पदों पर हुईं 2.26 लाख से अधिक भर्तियां इसी बदली हुई कार्य-संस्कृति का प्रमाण हैं।
इसी शृंखला के विस्तार में आज लखनऊ में उत्तर प्रदेश पुलिस के चयनित 4,543 उप निरीक्षकों एवं प्लाटून कमांडरों को नियुक्ति-पत्र वितरित किए जाएंगे।

Nothing is more powerful than the vote of the people. Congratulations to the Democratic Party and a big victory. I also applaud the Republicans and Independents who courageously voted differently and decisively to help steer America in a better direction. The wheels of democracy prevailed.
A historic election. Record number of elected African Americans, women, especially Governors - first female/Latina Governor (Texas), first female/Black Governor (Georgia) and in U.S. history, first female/Native American Governor (New Mexico) and in U.S. history, and more. Democrats, Republicans, and Independents voted for equal representation. New voices and new perspectives. That’s a win for America, and the world.
The end of an election provides a necessary ‘checks and balance’, moral reflection, and a natural reset. We can all agree this election season was toxic. Many of the candidates in this midterm election lost basic human decency, their dignity, a Godly compassion, and an overall vision for what is best for all Americans. Our country and our hearts now need a true, moral reset. A return to Yeshua.
Now with the midterms concluded, the holidays approaching, and us shifting to the 2028 presidential election, let us set a new path in love - go back to loving our neighbors, seeking middle ground, compassionate leadership, and dignity. As a Nation, let’s regain a greater appetite for sharing the love of God rather than stoking division. I pray great men and women of vision and Godly leadership will arise who will help restore and rebuild America to the true sentiments encouraged by our Founding Fathers. A Nation under God, compassion for those in-need, policies more equitable to all zip codes, respect and dignity towards each other even when we disagree, and the moral compass to see all people as God’s children first.
Now take a deep breath, America. The world is not ending because your candidate lost. Every elected official is subservient to God. The results of the midterm election and the new Washington, D.C. are under the permissible will of God. That is the truth. Now, let’s move forward united. Let’s return to Yeshua. 🇺🇸🙌✝️🙏🏾
