⚠️UPDATE: The situation with @Shopify has now become even more serious @ShopifySupport @Shopify @ShopifyEng @tobi After our appeal regarding the first Shopify Payments hold was rejected without any explanation or assistance, Shopify has now placed a SECOND store of ours on HOLD, operating in a completely different market. And we still have NO RESPONSE or explanation. This is simply NOT ACCEPTABLE. We are a legitimate business operating real brands. We hold inventory, ship our orders, respond to every customer inquiry quickly, and maintain extremely low dispute and refund rates. On the first store alone: • 2,196 orders • 2 chargebacks — 0.09% • 0.82% refund rate • Every order shipped • Customer inquiries answered within 24h • Requested verification information provided Yet €84,000 remains frozen for up to 120 days, our appeal was rejected without any clear reason, and now a SECOND store in a different market has been placed on hold as well. We have employees, freelancers, suppliers and partners who depend on our business. These decisions are not just numbers on a dashboard. Without any clear justification or meaningful communication, they are putting our business (and the people who work with us) at serious risk. If there is a compliance or verification issue, tell us EXACTLY what is required. We are ready to provide any document or information immediately. What is not reasonable is freezing substantial business funds, disabling payment processing across multiple stores, rejecting an appeal without a clear explanation, and then leaving a legitimate merchant without meaningful support. @ShopifySupport we urgently need a HUMAN REVIEW and escalation to the Shopify Payments / Merchant Trust team. Ticket ID: 745084c4-9d05-4589-a3ff-68988af93bd2 We need someone to actually review our case and tell us what is happening. Please RT for visibility. 🙏🏼

@Shopify @ShopifySupport @ShopifyEng @tobi Our Shopify Payments account was disabled just 2 hours ago. €84,000 is now frozen for up to 120 days and our customers can no longer pay on our store. This is bringing our business to a complete stop overnight. We need urgent help. The facts, all verifiable: • 2,196 orders • Only 2 chargebacks — 0.09% • 0.82% refund rate — mainly customers who changed their mind after ordering and were immediately refunded • Every order has been shipped • Every customer inquiry answered within 24h • Identity verification completed and requested information provided We were told Shopify Payments was disabled because the required identity verification was not completed, despite us having completed the verification process and provided the requested information. We are ready to provide ANY document again immediately if necessary. What makes this extremely difficult is the impact: €84,000 from our business is now frozen for up to 120 days, customers cannot complete their purchases, and our scaling has been stopped overnight. This doesn’t just affect us. We have suppliers, freelancers and partners relying on these funds. We now find ourselves unable to pay people we work with because money generated by our business is suddenly inaccessible. With a 0.09% chargeback rate across 2,196 orders and only a 0.82% refund rate, we genuinely don’t understand how a verification issue can result in our entire payment operation being shut down and €84,000 being held for months. We’re not asking for special treatment. We’re asking for an urgent HUMAN REVIEW of Ticket ID: 745084c4-9d05-4589-a3ff-68988af93bd2 If anything is missing, tell us exactly what you need and we’ll provide it immediately. @ShopifySupport please escalate this to the Shopify Payments team. Our DMs are open. A RT could genuinely help us reach the right person at Shopify. 🙏

@Shopify @ShopifySupport @ShopifyEng @tobi My Shopify Payments payouts have been frozen for days and I still have no clear answer. Overnight, ~$35,000 of MY money got locked under a "Merchant Trust" review, no timeline, no way to move forward. And here's the thing: I did everything right. I received the document request and submitted every single document immediately. My own admin dashboard now says "submitted under review," with nothing pending on my side. I'm a 100% legitimate store real products, real customers, real suppliers and a team to pay. This hold is blocking my entire business, and every day it costs me more. I'm fully compliant and ready to provide anything needed. I just need clarity, a real timeline, or a partial release so I can keep operating. Please escalate this. My DMs are open. If anyone can RT to help increase visibility, I'd really appreciate it 🙏

FABLE 5.1 is f*cking crazy it just automated the most tedious part of making AI UGC ads trained it on my entire ad library, every prompt I've ever used, every script that's ever won now i drop in a competitor's winning ad and it breaks down the hook, the mechanism, the emotional arc, and the exact belief shift making it convert, then rebuilds all of it around my own product: new script, new avatar, same bones that were already working the part that's actually insane: i run this whole thing from my phone no laptop open, no dashboard to babysit. i drop the competitor ad in on my way out the door, go on my walk, and get a notification when the script and avatar are ready for me to approve how it actually finishes without me: > i approve from my phone, one tap, that's the trigger higgsfield MCP picks it up the second i approve and starts generating the actual clips > comes back with variations in podcast, whiteboard, call-in show, SIMPSONS, whatever format the offer needs > my laptop's sitting on my desk the entire time i'm running an entire ad production pipeline from a walk around the block RT + reply 'FABLE' and i'll send you the entire system (must follow so i can DM)

@Shopify @ShopifySupport @ShopifyEng @tobi — My Shopify Payments was disabled yesterday morning. $37,000 frozen for 120 days. This store is my ONLY source of income. I need help. The facts, all verifiable: • 2,500+ orders fulfilled since July • 0.16% chargeback rate (the risk threshold is 0.65%) • 4.3★ "Excellent" on Trustpilot • 1.5% refund rate — we proactively refund any unhappy customer, that's WHY disputes stay low • Every customer email answered within 24h, orders shipped within 24h with tracking • Zero unpaid Shopify bills, two stores, long-time paid app stack Here's what makes this brutal: Shopify Balance was my main account. I never moved money out to the bank bcs I was in scaling phase. So this hold froze EVERYTHING I have — $37k from orders already delivered to happy customers. I have a supplier on net-20 terms, freelancers to pay, 135 paid orders awaiting fulfillment that this freeze puts at risk… and barely enough left to live. Shopify's own risk team reviewed my account in July and REDUCED my payout delay from 5 to 3 days based on my track record. Nothing changed since — except more volume, same clean numbers. I'm not asking for special treatment. I'm asking for a human re-review of ticket 12490461, and at minimum a partial release of funds against delivered, undisputed orders while the review is ongoing. I'll provide any document immediately. My DMs are open. A RT helps more than you know. 🙏
