Do testosterone boosters work?
There are tons of supplements claimed to boost testosterone levels. But evidence for them is poor, and most do not, in fact, seem to work.
Exceptions are HMB, which adds ~70ng/dL and Betaine, which seems to double it in some possibly-fake studies.

The concerns that @declangmurphy made are entirely valid.
Your study is not a routine RCT but rather a cluster randomized trial that means instead of randomizing individual patients, you randomized groups of surgeons.
This inherently increases the risk of bias, and their skepticism regarding potential confounding is, in my opinion, completely valid.
Secondly, your study did not clearly pre-register its outcomes on ClinicalTrials.gov.
In your initial analysis, the BCR was not statistically significant (P > 0.05), yet it is unclear why you proceeded with a post hoc analysis, in different time, focusing on metastasis that is a secondary outcome that was not driven by a pre-specified hypothesis.
This is not fair and reinforces the suspicion that you may have cherry-picked data after seeing the results and I believe such skepticism in this video to your study is entirely valid.
We hope you can think this is our advices to you, and please don’t do it again.
