My mom had her first heart attack in 1964 at age 41, our neighbor didn’t believe her and said, “Women don’t have heart disease.” She had heart disease for 15 years, FH did it. It was bad, really bad. I have FH too. I’m 64, knock on wood, poo poo poo, and I’m fine. Glad I #KnowFH

A1: It’s literally a matter of life & death. With high LDL-C & family history of heart disease, you are at risk and you should talk to your doctor. Get your LDL checked and talk to your family! My dad's 1st heart attack was at 28 - mine at 35. #KnowFH #HoFH
