We'd all be 10X richer if our government masters didn't give us so many "free" services.

A similar point, which @an_capitalist brilliantly makes in his book “Domestic Imperialism,” is this:
Capitalism produces abundance at low cost (Walmart, Amazon, Google, X, Youtube).
Socialism kills millions with a $40 trill debt and leads to shortages (war, regulations, welfare)
Zohran Mamdani explains his definition of socialism to Theo Von: “Socialism to me means you’ll have whatever you need to live a dignified life and that it is the government’s job to deliver on that. When people say dignity we’re talking about the things that allow you to take a breath. Housing, childcare, public transit. No one should be priced out of these things. These are non-negotiables, you need these to live”
Two valid points from Krugman.
1. Welfare is a scam.
2. In 2004, before Medicare Part D and Obamacare, the state was controlling/ruining health care. Regulation further restrics supply causing high prices/shortages.
AI is the closest thing to an actual "free education" and Socialists oppose it LMFAO
Mayor Zohran Mamdani and other city officials announced a sweeping new policy Wednesday imposing a one-year ban on student use of generative artificial intelligence in New York City public schools from 2-K through 8th grade, while limiting screen time for younger students and launching AI literacy lessons for high schoolers. Join @an_capitalist and me tonight at 8pm CST as we tackle the latest atrocities of the US empire, the rise of Mamdani and the Democratic Socialists, and their proposals to exacerbate the financial pitfalls of the US. Link to the livestream in the replies.
If Taylor Swift and I both perform a concert for 2hrs, would you expect us to get equal pay?
Why do unmarried men earn less $ annually than married men?
Why do old people earn more per hour than young people?
Why do Asains out-earn whites in America?
Would love to have a discussion with @KyleKulinski on the merits of Democratic Socialism.

The free market is imperfect because human beings are imperfect, but at least it lets customers correct arrogance faster than elections do.
Free markets produce for the working class.
The democratic socialist lie that "private = high prices" is a complete myth.
