1/6 We find early signs that frontier LLMs are surprisingly good at *natively* reading, writing, and reasoning about neural network weights.
Instead of training, models may treat raw weights like readable, editable code: diagnosing failures and patching them directly.
This is like when PF started crying about Election Rigging during the 2021 elections.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
נכון להיום חסרים מעל 7500 קולות, ולא 4612 קולות, על מנת שיעבור מנדט מרע״ם לש״ס.

“There is no moat.”
But moats are everywhere:
Ambition.
Taste.
Agency.
Curiosity.
Judgment.
Courage.
Obsession.
Persistence.
Integrity.
Patience.
This era belongs to those who refuse to be mediocre.
Ministries will have accountant, senior accountant, something accountant and a full set of internal auditors but then engage in the most horrific financial crimes you have ever seen.

Man I thought they would nominate like specialists in different fields.
Get a Diego Casili, get someone from the Trade Kings Family, get Dorica Banda, get some educated, exposed Doctors, Engineers and such to lift the bar of parliamentary debate.
Nope.
We had been searching for land in a particular area for months with no luck.
One day I gave a certain man a lift near the same area. Thought he was one of the farm workers looking tired after a long day. Nope - Farm owner going home after planting.
That’s where we live now.
5 months ago my rating was Codex for all the hard work, Claude for the UI Polish.
Now I have on multiple occasions given long running goals like this one feature here that Sol took 1 day plus and when done it’s just bad. Like really really bad.
Opus 5.5 has so far done more to improve it in 20 mins than the entire one day implementation.
Including throwing away 70% of the code.

Great line from the CTO of Proton. I’m paraphrasing and stealing it :
Your job is not to use agents to help you write code. Your job is to lead the agents to help them write code.
Builders Warehouse Lusaka do you not have a way of doing internal announcements to your staff or staff meetings?
Half the time we the customers have to pause and pay attention to repeated announcements for dress code, tables being set, staff reprimands.
Find a better way

To everyone I told, “I will see what I can do at the end of the month”
I’ve seen it. There’s nothing I can do
Code smell is dead. Ux smell is just waking up.
The ease of adding functionality these days leads to a tension between the temptation of easy & broad coverage that answers to every possible need VS the explosion in complexity & bad ux that results.

Proceeds to put my son who looks exactly like me.
Woman logic man 🤦♂️
The presidential fight in last elections was already decided so opposition should have focused on Parliament & local government to counterbalance.
The third term question, should it come up, is already decided. The fight now should be good elections, governance, Indp inst etc
