My 1Y Slop Cannon Retro In the last year I’ve probably turbo shipped more code than in the previous 10. Just a stupid amount of code. Recently slowed down from a mix of AI fatigue and wanting to get back to the parts of my life I sacked off while talking to mr dario and mr sama all day, every day. Excluding everything built for @peerxyz, which actually has value, I wanted to look back and ask: beyond the fun and the friends I made along the way, did I build anything remotely useful with all those tokens? TLDR to skip all the below: no, see you on WoW on the 4th of November. To continue: Alive projects 🌱 💸 usdctofiat.xyz USDC to fiat. Probably the most complete product. $600k+ deposited, a few hundred users and roughly $400–600 made from integrations/referrals. Used to have a lot more activity but has since plateaued. 🔎 peerlytics.xyz Peer protocol explorer. Used every day by a few dozen people. Was losing money running it, so I nuked 80% of the features while keeping it useful. 🏴‍☠️ broadside.fun Naval BR game. Unironically my self-hosted playground for every new AI model. Had a few shares, dunked on a few people, gets a few dozen views a month. Just for fun. 🗺️ knowfulham.com / knowchelsea.com / knownottinghill.com Neighbourhood maps and guides. My most viewed project. Thousands of impressions, some nice SEO, absolutely $0 made because I have no idea what to do with it. 🪙 tokensto.cash Sell surplus AI capacity for cash. Went viral, a few thousand people signed up and Privy billing promptly slapped me. A fraction stuck around as active sellers. Cool idea, technically makes money, but the ROI on taking it much further looks pretty low. 🧠 HyperGrok Seven-agent Hyperliquid trading desk. Picked up attention and a $5k sponsorship. Financially, that puts it ahead of most of this list lol. github.com/galleonlabs/hyper… 🦉 Boomkin / DeFi Skills A DeFi agent and skills other people can install into theirs. At least people can take the useful bits without inheriting my entire setup. github.com/galleonlabs/boomk… github.com/galleonlabs/crypt… 🛠️ Barbossa Infra agent. Manages my home server, software and self-hosted stuff. Saves me time, although I do keep giving it more things to look after. galleonlabs.io 🐙 Davy Jones One side is my work clone operating in Slack and is insanely productive. The other was a social clone of me that started FUDing my bags, so I paused it. xitter.cf/davyjonesintern Dead / paused projects 🪦 🪦 barbossa-dev Earlier autonomous development pipeline. Built agents to ship code, then built more agents to replace those agents. github.com/ADWilkinson/barbo… 👻 The Flying Dutchman Pirate VS Code theme that spread to six other editors and terminals. Who uses an IDE anymore? marketplace.visualstudio.com… 📉 hlprivateer.xyz Tried several versions of agent hedge funds trading onchain and on Hyperliquid. Always good fun, and something I still want to explore again with the new frontier models. $0 made, to be clear, I just blame Opus 4.6 at the time. Also spent a unholy amount of time experimenting with personal agents custom, and hermes based, managing liquidity positions and yield, researching property, underwriting deals and doing my personal admin and taxes. Some of that was very useful, saving time instead of generating revenue. Some of it gave me another thing to maintain. Still cooking there to try develop something that is proactive, rather then just reactive, and goes way beyond emails and more into finance and lifestyle optimisations. 💡 To conclude A few useful things, enough money for a weekly Nandos and a lot of fun. I’ve definitely figured out how to turn an idea into a working product. I haven’t quite figured out how to take a fully vibe-coded project beyond hobby scale, get people using it consistently and make enough money to justify keeping it going. Still going to build stupid things for fun, but would like to try identify some demand and build something that can take the next step there beyond hobby-mode. Would be interested in learning about other peoples journeys, but yeah, good retro - see you on the World of Warcraft Forever serves on November 4th.

Have been home cooking some continuity tools so my grok bot, dot, homebrew agents can work together or in isolation, which also makes switching costs between all these new products much easier (and tokenmaxxing) Pretty bullish

Private offramp powered by Peer 🤝
THIS IS NOT A DRILL!!!! Private off-ramp to european banks!!! as a true privacy fan, i've only ever kyc'd for one app: revolut. a girl still needs easy access to money. (and the ultra plan: health insurance, airport lounges) the catch: actually using my crypto was always a pain in the ass today i received usd straight into my revolut with @looftapay 1 minute to set up 30 minutes to arrive 60 cent fee no extra kyc turns out it runs on @near_intents. of course it does still some work to do, but finally a real off-ramp to revolut. game changer for me anyway, sergio lopez just sent me money on revolut no idea who sergio is dear tax people, my revolut code is public and i can't control who sends me money

You can now sell @base USDC for 25 currencies on USDCtoFiat. At the start of October it was USD, EUR and GBP. Revolut alone pays out in 24 of them, and Alipay (CNY) and UPI (INR) are new payout routes. Create a sell order: usdctofiat.xyz/currencies/

Zelle from Capital One is live on Peer. It joins Chase, Bank of America and Citi as a way to pay with Zelle. Verify with the receipt email Capital One already sends you, no extension needed. US banks are closed today. Peer isn't.

Also, RampRidge is open source 🌐 The three.js engine, the OSRS interfaces rebuilt in React from the real game sprites, and the @peerxyz flows that settle real USDC on @base. Stop bank standing and open a PR for Gielinor. github.com/ADWilkinson/rampr…
