As it’s Halloween 🎃 it’s definitely worth sharing ‘Unleash Your Creative Monster’ - the only award winning* children’s guide to writing featuring an evil wind-up monkey.
Written by @andyjonesauthor and drawn by me!

One of my books is featured on the Blue Peter book club today.
Not the one about wife swapping, or the one about terminal cancer.
For some reason they’ve selected Bob vs the Selfie Zombies. Maybe because it’s Halloween next week.
Still, very exciting.

There’s a video from two years ago where I (in bed for some reason) pretend to be American and mispronounce a load of English city names. Many people are FURIOUS about it, which I think speaks to the tremendous accuracy of my accent.
I was very luck to get an advance copy of this from @JRance75, and it's a cracker. Everything - big, small, tender & brutal - that makes a complicated, messy, charming and very real relationship. Well worth a read.
‘One Hundred Moments of Us is a beautiful tapestry of love, life, and everything in between. This novel isn't just a story; it's an experience, capturing the essence of a relationship through the lens of moments both grand and minute.’ - NetGalley review

I am VERY excited about my debut Harrogate this weekend, not least because I will be in possession of the first sneaky peak of my next adult novel, THAT’LL TEACH HER, my murder mystery solved by parents’ WhatsApp group… Anyone needs me, I’ll be at the bar… #TheakstonsCrime
As you might have guessed, I loved it and can’t recommend The Beanstalk Murders enough. Bravo @petergbell and @Usborne

Fantastic opportunity for young readers. PG Bell is the real deal. If I was anywhere near this I’d be there in a heartbeat
