This Thursday we’re kicking off our Summer Listening Sessions. Come join us at several great spots in town and let me know what issues are most important to you.
I also want to hear your thoughts on the pending plan to redevelop our government campus; I’VE OPPOSED THIS PLAN FROM THE START, but I know the community is fired up about it and I want to give you a chance to voice your opinion.
FAU students: if you or someone you know might be interested in state and local government, this fall I’ll be back teaching Florida Government and we still have some spots open! Help spread the word!
Stay prepared by following @CityBocaRaton for storm updates

Excited for our inaugural RunTheCity Virtual 5K tomorrow! We’ve been blown away by the number of folks who will be Running The City tomorrow - more than TWICE what we had hoped for! If you want to join your neighbors, please sign up here:

And be on the lookout tomorrow for our incredible #RunTheCity participants helping to make our community cleaner and safer!
The City of Boca Raton has 77 miles of waterways. Over the next year, the Thomson family is on a mission to kayak and clean all of them.
Thanks to the Miller family for letting us borrow their kayak and allowing us to launch from the perfect spot.
The inaugural RunTheCity Virtual 5K is 1 MONTH AWAY!
In conjunction with National CleanUp Day, come run or walk, solo or with friends, any 5K route of your choice - near your home, work, school, wherever - to help make our city cleaner and safer.
