Beware buying anything from the #Google store. If the package gets lost you will not be issued a refund or replacement. @madebygoogle will say to DM them but not reply. Terrible customer service!
#google support is terrible! A Nest Yale lock was meant to be delivered on 10/17. The device still has not arrived and Google won't send a replacement or give me a refund. I keep having to postpone the installation 🤬

Last night I watched #thesocialdilemma. If you work in tech or use technologies powered by algorithms (which is essentially every piece of software), I highly recommend watching it.

I would have liked if they had talked to the amazing work that is being done to help address these issues.
For instance, both #Facebook and #Google have teams that focus on #wellbeing and have introduced tools to help people monitor their time spent, reduce time spent, and provide support. While there is still a lot of work to be done, this is a step in the right direction.
