Had a 5 year old kiddo newly come into care that believes he's responsible for a death bc his mom was high while driving, yelling at him that he was distracting her. He said, "mommy I'm sorry I love you" She then hit a pedestrian and killed them. My heart breaks for these littles – at Phoenix, AZ
