i try to hold onto some semblance of epistemic humility at all times and im usually not in the business of calling anyone stupid because i dont believe in such a thing as an objective standard of intelligence but if you say should of instead of should have youre just stupid

we really shouldve stood up for ourselves and told them this doesnt placate us because you guys arent listening or understanding. but we just let them treat us this way because it made us feel good
like the egg came before the chicken obviously because acquired traits arent inherited so it had to have been a non chicken thing that laid the first chicken egg i dont even know why we that it as an example still
at that point the arbitratio bceomes at which poin t is that a chicken and then its just arbitrary and the predicate is vague but thats not the problem of the metaphor thats a different problem entirely
