Saturday 24 October 2026 is Menai Bridge Fair Day. This traditional street fair has been enjoyed for generations. Come along to experience the rides, stalls and atmosphere of the fair.

Yellow weather warning for wind ⚠️
The @metoffice has issued a yellow weather warning for wind today (October 26).
This will affect Anglesey between 6.00pm and 3.00am tomorrow.
Please be careful when driving or if venturing outside.

🧵Heavy rainfall is expected across Wales today due to #StormBoelo.
The Met Office has issued a yellow rain warning covering the whole of Wales from 11am to 11pm today.

We’re expecting high winds tonight due to the yellow weather warning in place from 12:00. This may result in restrictions on #A55 Britannia Bridge to certain vehicles.

The project to refurbish the former Marine Terminal Building at Porth Amlwch has been paused after Storm Austen damaged a new roof beam.
Our contractors are currently making the site safe. For safety reasons, residents are advised to avoid the area until further notice.
