If there’s something to learn from the very two people that this community is based on, it’s these things — trust, faith in changing for the good, and always having each other’s back, esp when things may be too heavy to bear.
Despite coming from very different political backgrounds, they chose to know each other and work together BEYOND those differences. Kaya nga sila yung naging perfect example how 2 different people IN THE PH GOVT (of all places) can set aside divisions, not drag down one another and actually accomplish things together.
A foundation built for more than a decade, they found a strong ally and partner with each another and through that, surpassed issues, criticisms, and threats thrown to either one or both of them.
If sila mismo can embody those three things, not only as public servants, but also in the way they treat and stand by each other, then that inspires me to do the same. Not just to them, but also to the people around me. ✨💜✨

As it should be! They are public servants in the first place and they should be working, not hiding, detained or prolonged absence. Sa private orgs nga, you resign or move somewhere else if you cannot fulfill duties anymore. Why can’t that be applied here?
Senate President Pro Tempore Vicente “Tito” Sotto III has filed Senate Resolution No. 751, seeking to establish clear guidelines on prolonged unauthorized absences of senators.
The resolution urges the Senate Committee on Rules to review existing policies and recommend mechanisms to address prolonged absenteeism and ensure senators fulfill their legislative duties.

Vice President Sara Duterte leads by seven percentage points in the hypothetical matchup against former vice president and Naga City Mayor Leni Robredo, according to OCTA Research’s voter preference survey for the 2028 presidential elections.
Duterte garnered 40 percent support, while Robredo received 33 percent support in the survey conducted from September 28 to October 4, 2026.
Meanwhile, 26 percent remained undecided among the 1,200 adult Filipinos interviewed. The survey has ± 3% margin of error at the 95% confidence level.
