The UN Commission of Inquiry on Ukraine has concluded that Russian authorities have committed war crimes and crimes against humanity through its intentional attacks on Ukraine's energy infrastructure.
The Commission also found that Russia has trafficked foreign nationals from 29 countries to fight in their armed forces in Ukraine, in violation of international human rights law. Many were killed shortly after deployment.
These findings add to the mounting evidence of Russia's flagrant violations of international law. Impunity for international crimes is not an option. Russia must be held accountable.

“We have learned our lesson,” she said.
Moreover, by the end of 2027, the EU plans to completely abandon Russian gas.
