1. He let Modi and Shah hijack the UT and strip Delhi of its powers at whim and fancies.
2. He let LG Saxena hijack the MCD and BJP get the mayor’s post by trampling over the people’s mandate.
3. He let AAP leaders remain behind bars.
4. He let Anil Masih walk free.
5. He let the BJP get away with the electoral bond scam, despite the controversy and serious questions surrounding it.
I can provide many such countless incident happened under the oath.
When the powerful need accountability, the courts should stand firm not look the other way. What a disgrace this man could trun into..!
