E20 बना 420 - जनता की गाड़ी से पेट्रोल चोरी! मोदी सरकार कहती है - पेट्रोल में 20% एथेनॉल है। कर्नाटक सरकार ने 7 ज़िलों से पेट्रोल के सैंपल लेकर मान्यता प्राप्त लैब में जाँच करवाई। नतीजा देखिए - 14 में से 11 सैंपल में 20% से ज़्यादा एथेनॉल - IOCL में 31.2%, HPCL में 30.5% - IOCL, HPCL, BPCL, Nayara, Shell - सरकारी हों या प्राइवेट - सब सीमा से ऊपर - और कंपनियों की अपनी लैब ने एथेनॉल की मात्रा रिपोर्ट में लिखी ही नहीं मतलब आप पैसा महंगे पेट्रोल का दे रहे हैं, टंकी में एथेनॉल भरा जा रहा है। नुकसान किसका? आपका। आपकी गाड़ी इतना एथेनॉल पचाने के लिए बनी ही नहीं - मतलब, घटता माइलेज, बार-बार मैकेनिक। शौक से ली गई गाड़ी की बर्बादी। और पंप पर लिखा तक नहीं कि टंकी में क्या डाला जा रहा है - चुनने का कोई विकल्प नहीं। मोदी जी, बताइए - देश की टंकी में क्या भरा जा रहा है? पेट्रोल में असल में कितना एथेनॉल है? 20% से ज़्यादा मिलावट करने वाली कंपनियों पर कार्रवाई कब होगी? और डिबेट की चुनौती अब भी खड़ी है। ये मुद्दा भी जोड़ लेंगे - आपकी नीतियों से असल में फ़ायदा किसे हो रहा है?

मोदी सरकार के मंत्री का ऐलान - योजनाओं का लाभ अब आधार से नहीं, वोटर ID से तय होगा। साजिश बहुत गहरी है, इत्मीनान से समझिए। SIR के नाम पर करोड़ों नाम वोटर लिस्ट से काटे जा रहे हैं - रोका नहीं गया तो और भी काटे जाएंगे। ज़्यादातर नाम किनके? जो BJP के ख़िलाफ़ आक्रोश में हैं। वोटर लिस्ट एक निष्पक्ष चुनाव आयोग के हाथ में होनी चाहिए - मगर अब वो मोदी सरकार के कर्मचारी, ज्ञानेश कुमार के हाथ में है, जिसकी BJP के साथ मिलीभगत में वोट चोरी हमने सबूत के साथ पकड़ी है। तैयारी है ऐसी लिस्ट बनाने की जिसमें बहुमत हमेशा BJP का हो - और अब वही लिस्ट तय करेगी कि आपको योजना का पैसा मिलेगा या नहीं। कल जिसने भी ठाना कि BJP को हटाना है, तो चुन-चुन कर सबका नाम काटा जाएगा। नाम कटा - वोट गया। वोट गया - हक़ गया। और देखते ही देखते आप एक hijacked लोकतंत्र के अदृश्य नागरिक बन जाएंगे - जहां जनता सरकार नहीं चुनेगी, सरकार अपनी जनता चुनेगी। आज पंचायती राज की योजनाएं। कल राशन? पेंशन? मनरेगा? आवास? छात्रवृत्ति? आरक्षण? यह चुनाव जीतने की राजनीति नहीं, चुनाव चोरी का इंतज़ाम और सत्ता में बने रहने का स्थायी बंदोबस्त है। वोट देना आपका अधिकार है, शर्त नहीं। किसी ग़रीब की पेंशन उसके वोटर कार्ड की ग़ुलाम नहीं हो सकती। ये सिर्फ़ वोट चोरी नहीं - ये हक़ चोरी है। हम ये होने नहीं देंगे।

पंजाब ने AAP पर भरोसा किया, भगवंत मान पर भरोसा किया। वादा था - नशा मिटा देंगे। मैं पूछता हूं, पंजाब के किस कोने से आपने नशा मिटाया? पंजाब को ऐसा मुख्यमंत्री चाहिए जो उसका दर्द समझे, नशे के खिलाफ पूरी ताकत से लड़े और युवाओं का भविष्य बचाए। भगवंत मान जी, सवाल पंजाब की एक पूरी पीढ़ी का है। जवाब दीजिए।

24 घंटे हो गए मोदी जी। मैंने आपको चैलेंज दिया है। आप कहते हो कि opposition देशद्रोही है। किसी भी स्टेज पे आप जगह चुनिए, डिबेट कीजिए मेरे साथ। देशद्रोही कौन है? विदेशी फोर्सेस का कनेक्शन किसका है? और किस प्रकार का कनेक्शन है? जल्दी से जल्दी कीजिए, डरिए मत। दोनों मिलेंगे, मीडिया होगी, देश के युवा होंगे, टेबल होगी, एक साइड आप बैठोगे, एक साइड मैं बैठूंगा। जिसको आप जज बनाना चाहते हो, बना दो। मोहन भागवत जी को बिठा दो, चलो। और फिर डिबेट करते हैं। सवाल उठेंगे फाइनेंशियल सिस्टम पर, फाइनेंशियल स्ट्रक्चर पर, US डील कैसे हुई, क्यों हुई, इतनी जल्दी क्यों हुई, सिर्फ आपने क्यों की, कैबिनेट को क्यों नहीं बताया, अडानी का केस बंद क्यों हुआ, Epstein - ऐसी बहुत सारी चीजें हैं जिसपे खुलकर डिस्कशन होगा। आ जाइए, डरिए मत। दूध का दूध, पानी का पानी कीजिए। आप एलिगेशन लगाते हैं ना मेरे ऊपर, आ जाइए, सब साफ हो जाएगा। बाकी चीजों पे आपने defamation केस लगा रखा है, शायद 45 defamation केस मेरे ऊपर हैं। मगर इस डिबेट मामले पे, foreign कनेक्शन पे आप defamation नहीं लगा रहे हो। लगाइए ना, वहाँ भी डिस्कस करेंगे, खुल के। ये सब डिस्कस करते हैं, आइए। हैप्पी दिवाली, मोदी जी। It’s been 24 hours since I challenged you, Modi ji.
