Your users got an OK answer from your AI. Do they know what to ask next?
For most users, that’s where progress stops.
They’ve found a prompt that works. They need help discovering what comes after it.
That’s the difference between two kinds of adoption:
Feature adoption: Users discover features, try them, and build more advanced workflows.
Agent adoption: Users learn how to guide AI toward the outcome they actually want.
Moving users along that second curve means showing them a concrete next step at the moment they’re ready to take it.
That’s why we built Lumi by @userlens_hq
Lumi reads product usage and conversation traces, recognizes when a user is ready to go further, and nudges them with a concrete next step toward their goal.
iPhone fold came out. Devin and Harvey raised billions. >100% chance we all dead within decade.
Eventful Wednesday.
Most of the step change I made in learning anything is by having someone who knew better pointing out where I need to level up, at the righ time.
So we carried the same approach to @userlens_hq.
Your users get better at adopting your product by timely nudges, when they are ready to level up, based on their current level.

Here’s a concrete example of how Lumi by @userlens_hq would improve adoption of Claude for a Claude user.
If someone asks Claude for a to-do list every morning, Lumi notices the pattern and nudges them toward Scheduled.

For the first time, scientists have mapped the complete brain and central nervous system of an adult male fruit fly — a key model organism in science. 🪰
Working alongside HHMI Janelia Research Campus and the scientific community, @GoogleResearch scientists and researchers used AI to combine millions of 2D images into 3D neural shapes, reconstructing a record-breaking 166,000+ neurons. This foundational map of the adult male fruit fly brain can help accelerate our understanding of the brain, and is a major milestone in neuroscience.
will be epic!
Join us for In Production, a new series showcasing what companies are actually building and shipping with AI.
Founders from @olam_labs, @browser_use, and @userlens_hq will demo what they’re building, share lessons from production, and unpack the models powering their products and where OpenRouter fits into their stack.
Plus, our @alexatallah will demo OpenRouter live. Bring your spiciest questions!
Some conversations with our amazing customers.
Companies with excellent products that have been with us since the early build and give us feedback on where to take the product.
When you keep shipping, how do you make sure adoption keeps up?
That's the problem @userlens_hq is after.

Lumi is an adoption agent that reads how every user actually uses your product, then nudges them toward the next action that moves adoption.
Lumi avatar interaction on our website is so cute - check it out guys userlens.io
One of the best funds I’ve ever interacted with!
We don't care how "hot" a YC company is.
We don't care who else invested.
We don't care if there's no deck yet (actually even better).
We don't care if the founder has never talked to an investor before.
We don't care about a "polished pitch" or even about a "pitch" at all.
We just want to talk to the founder, ask questions, think, and understand for ourselves.
RT @HaiTa: Got a ton of traffic into our new website. Noticed that our beautiful example video was skimmed through 😭 How can I make it more…

It’s been so fun working with some of the best sf startups as early design partners for this.
Can’t wait to start onboarding more folks!
