Today we have seen the appointment of Andy Burnham as prime minister for the UK.
While we welcome him to his new role, we urge him to make lung health a priority. Respiratory conditions affect around 1 in 6 people in the UK and are the third leading cause of death.
That's why we are calling on the government for a respiratory Modern Service Framework and an updated Clean Air Act.
