When I first started Amazon KDP, I honestly had no idea what I was doing 😂
Everything felt new and confusing, but one thing I knew for sure was that I wanted more for myself. I wanted to understand this business, make money online, and change my situation because I was tired of struggling and working jobs that didn’t make me happy.
There were days I felt overwhelmed.
Days I felt confused.
Days I wanted to give up.
But the thought of becoming financially stable as a woman kept pushing me.
So I stayed up at night learning.
I stayed consistent.
I kept trying to understand what actually worked instead of just publishing randomly.
And slowly, I started seeing results.
It didn’t happen overnight.
It happened from consistency, learning the right things, understanding Amazon better, and treating it like a real business.
Still learning, still growing, still documenting what’s working along the way.
And honestly?
You can do it too

I have cried so much today. It's really possible to achieve your dreams.
I just remembered how a lady laughed at me a few years ago and told me to shut up because I was too poor to even afford a passport, let alone travel.
Look at me today.
One mistake beginners make is learning how to “write a book” instead of learning how different types of books are actually written.
Knowing how to develop a children’s activity book doesn’t automatically mean you know how to write a cookbook.
And knowing how to write a cookbook doesn’t mean you understand how to develop a technical guide.
Different books serve different purposes.
They have different structures, content requirements and reader expectations.
Don’t just learn how to write. Learn how to write the kind of book you’re creating.

One thing I want people to understand about KDP is that it’s not a get-rich-quick scheme.
You can’t just publish a few books today and expect to start making thousands of dollars immediately.
You have to learn, research, understand the market, create quality books and keep improving.
Some books will perform well, others might not.
You need patience, discipline and a willingness to learn.
Take publishing seriously.
You’re building a business, not just uploading books.

Do proper market research before creating a book.
It can save you a lot of time, money and effort that you might otherwise spend creating a book buyers aren’t actually looking for.
Don’t just rush to publish. First, understand the market and the people you’re creating the book for.
Let me bless your night before you go to sleep.
When I woke up this morning, I was feeling drained and tired. I had so many thoughts running through my mind, and at some point, I was asking myself, “God, should I just give up?”
But look at this!
I feel like this is a little reminder from God and the universe telling me, “Hey, baby girl, don’t give up. We still have a lot of work to do.” 🥹
Now, look at this result!
This is a very impressive result, and remember, we’re just on the 3rd of November.
And guess what? He hasn’t even run ads on this particular book!
I’ve been begging this boy to run ads, but he has refused. 😂
What I particularly love is what he did with this book.
When he published it, I noticed it was getting sales without ads. So I became curious. I wanted to understand WHY this particular book was selling.
I went back to study the book and its positioning, and I believe that’s one of the major reasons it’s getting attention from buyers.
I believe so much in positioning because I’ve seen it work in my own publishing journey. I’ve also taught this to some people who went ahead to apply it and have seen results from it.
And honestly, one of the things I enjoy most about this journey is seeing people learn, apply what they’ve learned and gradually improve their results.
This is what makes the work worthwhile for me.
We’re still building. There’s more work to do.
The goal is ₦400,000 in organic royalties this month. Let’s get to work!

Why are millennials now showing private things online.... Like wtf???
I mustn't see this, we don't need to see this please!!!
Your first book doesn’t have to be perfect, but please, don’t let that be an excuse to put out poor-quality work.
When you’re starting out, you’re still learning. You’ll make mistakes, discover better ways of doing things and improve as you publish more books.
But there are certain things you should pay attention to from the beginning.
Your content, formatting, cover design and overall reading experience.
You don’t have to know everything before publishing your first book, but you should put effort into making sure you’re giving buyers something worth their money.
Take your time to review your work before publishing. Check for errors, make corrections and ensure the book is properly formatted.
And don’t stop learning after publishing your first book.
As you keep publishing, keep improving.
Your first book may not be your best, but let each new book reflect the things you’ve learned along the way.

Just the way Professor x always says is not to make $1000 a day is to actually get paid
So don’t get pressured by all those big dashboards keep learning and keep growing
We would all get there with consistency

Stop sponsoring your husbands. Men get too comfortable when women start paying their bills. This is not a joke.

Money is not easy to make.
Even via illegal means.
Know that and know in peace.
While these people are crying, there will be new people who will start this same Youtube model today and months later, will become successful.
Losers are usually higher in number and love to gather to blame others for their failures like those in the comment section of the quoted post.
At the end of the day, success has a price and only people who can pay the price will win.

You have to be ready to figure out a lot of things yourself when you’re building something on your own.
Nobody is going to have all the answers for you.
Sometimes, you’ll have to research, try different things, make mistakes and find your own way.
There will be times when you won’t even know what to do next. You’ll have to sit down, think things through and figure it out.
That’s one thing I’ve come to understand about building a business or working towards something of your own.
You’re constantly learning, unlearning and making adjustments.
And honestly, that’s part of the process.
