Sorry to hear from a Trustee that the flower meadow in Ashplats Wood was mown just as orchids and wild flowers were appearing. I'm told it wasn't the contractors. If you have any info on this, I can pass it on. Rare wild flowers often thrive in plots that may look neglected. 🥀
