5. TAKE NOTES
Taking notes is crucial.
Apps like @annotate_tv allow you to simultaneously watch and take notes (with timestamps).
Or you can use a note taking app like Notion.

I think I've learned more on Youtube in a year than I did during the entirety of my formal education (in the 90's). That's even easier now that I use @annotate_tv to automatically send relevant transcript highlights and my personal insights to my #PKM annotate.tv/

I can recommend 3, off the bat:
1) collaborative web 3.0 note-taking app called @skiffprivacy, that looks interesting!
2) a new journaling app called @uselinked.
3) and a notation tool, called @annotate_tv, for making notes while watching YouTube videos.

#Roamans: And while I am at it (offering suggestions), if you want to take notes own YouTube videos - WITH included transcript - AND annotate with timestamps OR annotate the transcript - AND sync to Readwise - AND not have to deal with roam/js scripts — annotate.tv
annotate.tv has a new look 🎉 fully responsive and accessible from your tablet or phone

Tried every YouTube note taking plugin out there and never found a good one. Just stumbled on @annotate_tv via @readwiseio API update. Excited to check this out annotate.tv/
