Anson has commenced the fabrication of the 200gpm iron removal pre-treatment plant for installation at its Lithium Carbonate project in Green River, Utah. Anson's CEO inspected the early stages of the fabrication process. A patent application has been lodged for the innovative design that has been developed by the Company. The process uses air and not chemicals to precipitate the iron from the brine to ensure that the DLE resin is not coated by Fe from the brine that inhibits the recovery of lithium. It is expected that the installation of the iron removal system will be in place by Q1 2027.

Anson Executive Chair and CEO participated in a Utah Government sponsored Critical Minerals delegation that met with senior representative of the White House including Trade Representative, Jamieson Greer and David Copely, National Security Council, referred to as the White House mineral and supply chain Czar. A briefing was provided to these representatives about Anson's Green River Lithium Project with the objective of receiving funding support. A meeting was also held with Samuel Crofts Senior Advisor to the Deputy Secretary Department of the Interior about the Company's experience with the BLM and its interest in applying for mineral rights under the Army's White Sands Missile Project area at Green River. The addition of these mineral rights would support a JORC resource increase. Follow up correspondence has been requested.

Anson has installed the iron (Fe) removal pre-treatment equipment for test work at it Green River Lithium Project, Utah, USA. Over 1500 gallons or raw brine has already been processed through the equipment and the Fe content has been reduced from 5 -10ppm to Zero with over 40 samples have been collected and tested using Anson's ICP at Green River. This test work will continue over the next few months in different operating conditions to ensure consistency. The Company has lodged a patent application for the iron removal pre-treatment process.

Anson progressing with connecting with Green River City Water. The water will be used for washing lithium from resin in the demonstration plants. Approximately 2,000 feet is being installed. POSCO is meeting the cost of the pipeline, meter and fire hydrant for their demonstration plant. POSCO will meet the cost of the water that they use in their demonstration plant.

Anson is further developing the utilities required for the demonstration plant to be built at the Green River Lithium Project, Utah USA. As announced, POSCO is that contributing to the cost of the development and extension of the power and water as well as other costs. It should be noted that as the project is within the Green River City limits, Anson is able to connect the existing mains water system, reducing CAPEX as there is no requirement for Anson to construct a pumping station for water from the Green RIver. Piping has arrived on site and commencement of installation of the pipeline extension is to commence next week.

Anson was invited to speak at the One Utah Summit in Cedar City Utah about its decision to invest in the State and what lessons were there to learn. The Company's strategy is to develop close links with the Utah government and participation as a speaker at the One Utah Summit is part of that strategy. Headlined by Utah Governor Spenser Cox, Anson's Exec. Chair and CEO participated in a panel on Global Partnerships, moderated by Lieutenant Governor Deidre Henderson. The invitation to speak at this event demonstrates the close relationship that has been developed with the Utah Government. US Congress Rep. Celeste Malloy spoke at the event which was attended by Utah elected officials including Utah Senator Dave Hinkins (pictured).

Anson has been invited to speak at the One Utah Summit organized by the Government of Utah. The Summit has a focus on critical minerals development. Anson's presentation and panel discussion is to be held on 4th August, 2026 and will be moderated by Utah Lieutenant Governor Deidre Henderson.

Anson continues with its strategy to raise the profile of the Green River Lithium Project in Washington DC by providing a briefing about the project to U.S. Trade Representative Jamieson Greer. The Trade Representative works from the White House and is responsible for the negotiations with many countries for investment in the United States of face higher tarrifs. The Korean government has pledged $350 billion in new investment, with a focus on shipbuilding and critical minerals. Trade Representative Greer was interested to learn of Anson off-take agreement with LG Energy Solutions and that POSCO was investing in a demonstration plant in Green River. A further meeting with the Trade Representative is to be held in the coming months.

Anson is working closely with Utah Congress Representatives in progressing the Green River Lithium Project in Utah, USA. This is demonstrated by the three letters to the US Secretary of Energy by members of the US Congress, in support of the Company's application for three grants that it has lodged this year. Other US elected officials are also supporting the Company including Congresswomen Celeste Maloy, who recently visited Green River.
