While building a feature with Kiro, Krishiv Dakwala, Software Dev Engineer was using the new spec correctness feature with property-based testing and caught potential security weakness that he never would've found manually.
The scenario: storing API keys by provider name in localStorage. Users save keys like:
saveApiKey("openai", "sk-abc123...")
saveApiKey("anthropic", "sk-ant-xyz...")
Seems simple, right? 👀

New superpowers activated 🦸 ⚡
Kiro powers load tools dynamically based on what you ask for.
Only what’s needed activates. Everything else stays out of memory.
• No MCP overload
• Fewer wasted tokens
• Cleaner context
Works with tools like @Figma, @Stripe, @supabase, and @datadoghq.

Replying to @jamesqquick @AWSAmplify
I quickly tested @AWSAmplify gen 2 with @expo last week. First impression is really good. The realtime data feature works so good, even without a lot of configuration. Looking forward to build a full app with it.

AppSync just launched support for environment variables for GraphQL APIs! You can now define environment variables on your API at configuration/build time and access them at run time in your resolvers.
It's as easy as "ctx.env".

ooh nice, AppSync has environment variables now.
Useful for passing in things like DynamoDB table names, API keys, etc. using ctx.env 👍

I have played with @AWSAmplify Gen2 for a few weeks now, takeaways:
- Focus on its core Auth and Data (schema)
- Typescript first
- Seamless integration with CDK
- Sandbox per developer with watchmode to push changes immediately
It's a great journeys so far, looking forward 💯💯
