Some stories carry a lesson in every chapter and Yash Goyal’s is one of them.
A champion of the first edition of Campus Tank and a familiar face from Shark Tank, he joined us during ICS 2026 for an open conversation about building krvvy from the ground up.
He reflected on early decisions, lessons learned along the way and the mindset that helps a young idea grow.
Chandigarh University was glad to host a discussion that gave students and aspiring founders plenty to think about.
Thank you, Yash, for sharing your experience so generously.

In a recent conversation with Sudhi Sachdev from @Analyticsindiam, our CEO, Kartik Narayan, shares how AI is already changing the way Apna detects scams before they reach candidates, strengthens screening, and clarifies where machines stop and human judgment begins.
The conversation also explores a larger question about India’s future of work. As AI changes the ways of working, the real advantage may not come from knowing more today, but from being able to continuously unlearn, learn and adapt.

A full house, filled with ambition.
It was wonderful to see such an encouraging turnout at the apna AI Interview Preparation Lounge at the Atal Bihari Vajpayee Kaushalya Vikas Kendra in Kandivali East, Mumbai.
For many candidates, the first interview is a step into unfamiliar territory. Having a space to practise, learn and try again helps them walk into that conversation better prepared to showcase their abilities. Students are using the lounge to practise interviews, build confidence and prepare themselves for the opportunities ahead.
Our sincere gratitude to Shri @PiyushGoyal ji for his continued mentorship and support in helping Bharat's youth become job-ready and confident.
The Union Cabinet recently announced an increase in the @officialepfo wage ceiling from ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 a month, expanding the scope of social-security coverage for India’s workforce.
In a conversation with The @businessline, Kartik Narayan, CEO, apna, highlighted how this move can bring more jobs and workers into the formal social-security framework. He noted that employers, particularly smaller businesses, will need to factor higher statutory benefits into hiring and compensation decisions. While this may influence entry-level salary structures in the near term, wider coverage can strengthen the value of formal employment over time.
The change marks a step towards a more secure workforce, with social security becoming a stronger part of what formal employment offers.
Literacy has always evolved with the world of work.
Today, it is no longer defined by reading and writing alone. Increasingly, it also means being able to understand, navigate, and work effectively with AI.
As our CEO, Kartik Narayan, shared with @Itsanindita from @MillenniumPost, AI literacy is set to become a foundational workplace skill. Specialised roles will continue to demand deep expertise, but for the broader workforce, using generative AI could soon become as commonplace as working with spreadsheets or presentation tools.
The future of work will not be shaped by AI alone. It will be shaped by how widely, confidently, and responsibly people are able to use it.
On World Literacy Day, that is an important shift to recognise: access to AI literacy will increasingly shape access to opportunity.
At apna, the most important measure of progress is not what we build.
It is what our products enable people to do: find opportunities, prepare with greater confidence, build skills, and move forward.
Our all-hands was a moment to reflect on how far we have come and reaffirm the ambition that continues to guide us: making India’s aspirations more achievable for millions of people.
Build with empathy. Build with discipline. Build for real outcomes.
And keep earning the right to be part of India’s growth story.

In a recent conversation with @ETHRWorld, our CEO, Kartik Narayan, shared how flatter organisations are redefining career growth.
He explained that growth does not look the same for everyone. For some, it means leading teams. For others, it means deepening their expertise, solving more complex problems, taking greater ownership, or creating a wider business impact.
Flatter structures, therefore, do not limit progression. They create more ways for people to grow.
This Independence Day, we celebrate not just the freedom of our nation, but the many freedoms that make it personal.
The freedom our country earned gave us the possibility, opportunity, and responsibility to shape our own lives. And work, in its own way, gives us the agency to do just that.
The first gift you buy your parents with your own money.
The first vacation you take on your own terms.
The first time you realise, “I can do this on my own.”
Because work is more than a way to earn a living. It gives us the freedom to choose, to care for the people we love, and to build a life on our own terms.
This #IndependenceDay, here’s to #FreedomThroughWork and to every first that makes freedom feel real.
The future of work in India isn’t being debated anymore; it’s actively being built.
At one of India's largest HR conferences, @PeopleMatters2 TechHR India 2026, we were at the centre of that conversation.
We engaged with a multitude of HR leaders, talent strategists, and industry pioneers who are actively looking to modernise their recruitment engines and workforce infrastructure. From high-growth startups to established enterprises, the conclusion was very clear - the standard for speed and quality in recruitment has permanently elevated.
And we demonstrated what those shifts look like in practice as we build Bharat's workforce for the AI economy.
The future of hiring isn't waiting. Neither are we.
Meet us at People Matters TechHR India 2026 to experience how AI is transforming hiring, from sourcing talent and screening to interview automation.

As India strengthens its skilling ecosystem, one question matters more than ever: Are we preparing people for the jobs that exist today, and the ones that will emerge tomorrow?
In a recent conversation with @SakshiBajaj19 from @TimesNow, our CEO, Kartik Narayan ( कार्तिक नारायण), shares why the conversation around skilling must move beyond access to outcomes, and why continuous collaboration between industry, education and government is key to building a future-ready workforce.
Building a workforce that's ready for the future will require skilling to evolve as quickly as the world of work itself.

AI is no longer a capability reserved for technology teams. It is rapidly becoming a core workplace skill across industries, transforming how people learn, solve problems, and drive productivity.
In his latest Expert View with @ndtv on the occasion of AI Appreciation Day, our CEO, Kartik Narayan, shares insights from the Apna AI Readiness Pulse 2026, highlighting how AI adoption is reshaping workforce readiness in India, with the data pointing to a clear shift: AI literacy is emerging as a foundational pillar of employability.

India's data centre ecosystem is entering a defining phase.
As investments accelerate and states like Gujarat strengthen the infrastructure needed for AI and digital services, a new employment engine is taking shape.
In a recent conversation with Shalini Mondal at @Analyticsindiam, our CEO, Kartik Narayan, highlighted that the opportunity goes far beyond technology. Every new data centre creates demand for professionals across construction, electrical systems, cooling infrastructure, operations, security, networking, maintenance, and several other skilled roles.
This is more than infrastructure growth. It's about creating thousands of jobs, building future-ready talent, and powering India's digital economy at scale.
