You don't "consent" to body processes like growing, breathing or digestion. They just are. Same as puberty. It just is. Your body is you. Blocking the healthy maturing of a child is abuse, and trying to persuade a child they are going through the "wrong" puberty is grooming.

Yep. Years of observing & listening to transmen (females who claim to be male) and transwomen (males who claim to be female) taught me the extent of innate psychological sex differences. “Gender” is most self-evident when watching those who claim they have the opposite.
