TWIMC - Kindly find attached my design proposals/concepts for a Nigerian 4000 flats Affordable Mass Housing Scheme Prototype project consisting of 3, 2 & 1 Block of Flats alongside auxiliary facilities to support the estate using AMAC, Abuja as a pilot location. 📐50hectares.
O God of creation, please even if its copy & paste of Kenya’s own, grant the Nigerian govt the courage to embark on affordable public housing projects like this immediately just the same way they are trying to quickly fund prevention of Ebola spread after 1st new case report.

The fragmentation started after Murtala toppled Gowon, since then, they never united. The Gowon boys killed Murtala....

And these are the realities a lot of people don’t talk about, everybody in Abuja is doing well online.
For a civil/private working couple jointly earning N1m a month in Abuja you cannot afford a 2bedroom apartment with annual rent of N4m. I commend landlords for building but restricting & expecting only 9-5 tenants who averagely earn N250k/month to pay N4m in the Lubs or Kubs?👎

If I were the husband, I would be hurt, not just because she doubted me, but because she was ready to cheat without asking questions. If I were the wife, I would sincerely apologize for jumping to conclusions and not trusting my husband. Marriage needs trust, patience and honest communication. Life is already hard enough. Couples should support each other through difficult times instead of adding more pain.

The more distance a car has travelled, the less it is valued. The more distance a driver has driven, the greater their value. I won't explain.

A woman who thinks before making a decision and says "My man won't like this" is the type of woman you need by your side.

OPay was hours away from trading on the New York Stock Exchange. It had priced its shares at $19, was set to raise about $304 million, and was valued at close to $4 billion. Then the listing was called off. According to Bloomberg, the reason was last-minute inquiries from China. Here’s the twist. OPay has no business and no revenue in mainland China. Most of its users are in Nigeria. Its link to China is its founder, Zhou Yahui. To put that in perspective, about $358 billion moved through OPay in 2025. That’s more than double the year before. Millions of Nigerians run their daily lives on this app. A government thousands of miles away just put its stock market debut on hold. Your app. Someone else’s rules.

“History is basically a record of humans repeating the same mistakes with better technology.”
Two leftist Marxist students celebrating the Islamic Revolution in Tehran, 1979. Sahar Mohammadi (left) and Maryam Rafiei (right). Maryam Rafiei was later executed by the same regime in the 1988 prison massacres, along with thousands of other leftist political activists. The revolution ate its own. They hated the Shah of Iran so much that they cheered Khomeini’s arrival, convinced the revolution would bring freedom and modernity. Reminds you of anything today?

It's very irrational and unrealistic but rental real estate is not properly regulated and govt fail to treat housing (shelter) as human right just like China, so it's a free-for-all terrain for wickedness by greedy landlords.

🚨🇵🇹 BREAKING: Portugal's President António José Seguro reportedly intervenes in Cristiano Ronaldo retirement fallout as pressure mounts on Jorge Jesus. According to reports, the Portuguese president has become heavily involved in the growing dispute following Ronaldo's retirement from international football. The situation was reportedly discussed during a closed-door meeting today, with Seguro said to have expressed his disappointment over how the situation involving Portugal's national team captain was handled. During the meeting, the president reportedly described Ronaldo as a national treasure and questioned how someone who has given so much to Portuguese football could find himself in such a situation. Pressure is now mounting on the Portuguese Football Federation over Jorge Jesus' position as head coach, with his future reportedly becoming increasingly uncertain. Further details of the meeting have been withheld from the public, but Jesus has reportedly been informed that his position is no longer 100% guaranteed. The Ronaldo-Jesus fallout could now have consequences far beyond the international retirement of Portugal's greatest-ever goalscorer. 🇵🇹
