Budgets show our priorities. These are mine: education, caring for our most vulnerable, and tax cuts to deliver real savings to Arkansas families.
Let’s get it passed.

This year’s balanced budget delivers on my top priorities: healthcare, education, public safety, and putting more money back in the hands of Arkansans.
I was proud to present it in front of the legislature today.

It has been an honor to serve Arkansas and fight for our conservative values.
I fought to lower your taxes so you can keep more of the money you earn. Income tax rates are lower than when you first elected me, with the lowest brackets seeing the biggest percentage reductions. It is YOUR money, and you should keep more of it.
I fought to confirm conservative judges who defend Arkansans’ God-given rights, including religious liberty and the right to keep and bear arms. We have strengthened our courts and secured a solid conservative majority on the Supreme Court.
I fought to secure the border to make Arkansas safer. Under Biden, millions crossed illegally, straining public resources and putting our communities at risk. Today, we are enforcing our laws and securing our border.
And I helped bring billions in defense investment to Arkansas, creating good-paying jobs and making us the defense capital of the world. From Camden and Pine Bluff to Little Rock and Fort Smith, Arkansas workers are building the weapons that equip our troops and our allies to keep us safe.
We have much more to do, and I would be honored to have your vote.
The left is motivated. Republicans who stay home elect Democrats.
The last thing Arkansas needs is the Democratic policies that are bankrupting blue states.
Please, get out and VOTE! Vote Republican up and down the ballot.

In the last 4 years, we’ve cut the income tax by 25%, banned men in women’s sports, taken on the big drug middlemen, and much more. But we’re just getting started.
Early voting begins tomorrow and I’d be honored to have your vote.

🚨Arkansas, in all sincerity, this is a lie. The truth is @hallieshoffner just forced a nonprofit for adults with developmental disabilities to relocate a meeting so their clients wouldn’t be exposed to a political protest. She has embarrassed herself and our community.
Here’s what actually happened today:
MARVA Workshop (Mid-Arkansas River Valley Abilities Workshop) had a working meeting with the U.S. Department of Labor to discuss services, jobs, and support for the adults with developmental disabilities they serve. Senator Tom Cotton helped make the meeting happen. This was not a campaign event.
Shoffner was likely tipped off and showed up with protesters at the same time and place as this meeting.
However, MARVA staff learned of this plot in advance and moved the meeting to a more secure location specifically so their staff and the adults in their care wouldn’t be put in the middle of a campaign protest.
Despite Hallie’s best efforts to disrupt the event, the meeting still happened as planned. A productive discussion took place that was focused on supporting vulnerable members of our community.
While Cotton was doing the actual work of a senator, the Shoffner campaign turned it into a circus and forced a nonprofit to scramble to protect the people they serve.
Hallie, you owe this community, especially MARVA Workshop, a huge apology for this embarrassing behavior.

Was great to stop by Little Rock Regional Chamber's Metro Real Estate Update to discuss my 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act and our work in Congress to expand housing opportunities, cut unnecessary red tape, and make homeownership more attainable for hardworking Arkansas families.
Really enjoyed talking with Arkansas Business' Mitch Bettis for this important conversation and hearing from Chamber Senior Vice President Jack Thomas about the future of 30 Crossing Park.

You pay taxes to cover welfare for people who just choose not to work. That’s why I launched a welfare-to-work requirement.
If you’re young, healthy, and get government assistance, you should work, go to school, or volunteer.

Small investment firms in Arkansas still have to hire the same specialized, costly auditors as the biggest Wall Street firms. @RepFrenchHill and I introduced a bill to let them use a qualified local accountant instead.

Honored to have the NRA's endorsement.
I will always fight for the Second Amendment.
Arkansas gun owners know they have a fighter in @TomCottonAR.
Tom Cotton has consistently defended the Second Amendment in the U.S. Senate and stood against efforts to chip away at the rights of law-abiding Americans.
NRA-PVF is proud to endorse Sen. Tom Cotton for re-election! 🇺🇸

Great news for our HBCUs!
The Department of Education is investing more than $174 million in additional funding to strengthen HBCUs across the country. That includes supporting the important work of our four great HBCUs right here in central Arkansas.
These critical institutions have long opened doors of opportunity and helped prepare generations of doctors and educators, engineers and scientists, business leaders and civic leaders here in Arkansas and across America.
This investment will help our HBCUs continue building on that record of success.
