.@AmericanAir flight delayed 3 times then canceled. Was rebooked thru 2 overnight connections, which I cannot do. App is not allowing choosing other option, phone says will call back in 2.5 to 4.5 hours. Only 1 desk agent available. I’m aware this is a known issue. Whining helps.
