Took a decision couple weeks ago
My close friends and family called me dumb for doing it
And then when I told my boys who make a shit ton of money they all told me they loved the decision
And now couple weeks after it’s the best decision I took
Lesson in that
Paradigms in how people view the world is exactly where they position themselves
You have so much control over the narrative of your life

Said the same thing, He explains exactly how to go on about hiring an A-Tier Head of content/ Creative director
if you're a business owner already running up your own Content/ Personal Brand
Not sure why people treat imposter syndrome as such a negative thing.
Constantly feeling like an imposter (which I still feel to this day, and probably always will) is what pushed me the furthest.
2019: Started video editing. Felt like an imposter.
2021: Mastered video editing, started motion design because I felt like an imposter.
2023: Mastered motion design and every part of it. Started teaching it because I wanted to be "an entrepreneur."
Early 2024: Felt like a short-form imposter, so I ran up a clipping agency. 800M views in 4 months, scaled to $20k/mo, then stopped.
Late 2024: Felt like an info imposter, so I grew my info business to #1 in my industry with just YouTube. Top 10 in Skool Games 5 times, 2,000+ students taught (in a couple of months btw).
Grew my YouTube, wanted to do it for others, so I launched a YouTube agency.
2025: Felt like an imposter again, so I learned everything about onboarding, systems, YouTube Strategy, hiring, copywriting, finances, etc. Grew multiple info channels to hundreds of thousands a month.
Today I can build info, hire anyone I want and make them stay, build a media company and make it look easy, Do insane youtube strategy & research, create videos people can't fathom making, run systems that basically never break, lead my team at a high level, and do PMTO, and 100 other things.
But I feel like an imposter for my next stage.
Creative strategy, paid media, brand messaging. All the skills that an insane CMO has.
I get fed up with myself every day. It fucks my mood, makes me not want to do it, and makes me forget all the other skills I have.
But this is how I grew through every stage.
On to the fucking next.
I dont think I have ever seen anyone talk about this.
if you want to review a video objectively to how it'll communicate better (considering you are qualified to)
I call this the the two look technique:
Look 1 - write down everything you noticed after the first time watching it. DO NOT WATCH IT AGAIN YET.
This is the purest subconscious understanding of what the video will look like to a viewer who is ONLY going to watch it once.
After you have written down everything you remember.
Then.
Watch it 5 times, 10 times.. or more
But wait dont review anything yet.
Then start writing down notes while you are re-looking.
Combine first round, and second round of reviews.
Boom.
This works better for shorter videos by the way, i have found ways to do this on longer videos as well but its pretty difficult.
