can't believe people are still debating if this tweet is cap or not bro Elon literally shipped AGI for $30 and people are already using it to wipe out entire agencies grok bot can literally feed your children, take care of your wife & even give you a blowj.. ah nvm I'm joking but seriously, there are levels to this shit: • reads a founder's last 500 tweets in 10 seconds to tell u why his launch flopped & what to pitch him • finds everyone crying about your competitor on the timeline & drafts a DM to steal them • turns a 30-second voice note of u rambling in your car into a week of distribution • executes trades directly from your wallet while u sleep even I've been running private bots for my own workflow for months never shared them because setting up the plumbing was a pain in the ass now that grok lets u clone bots in 1 click, I'm just dumping all my setups on this account did the trial & error so u don't have to turn notifs on or whatever

told my grok bot to scan 6 months of a founder's content & replies before I reached out the shit it pulls from someone's 2am activity is borderline illegal 💀 we are never doing normal cold outreach again

nobody in tech wants to talk about these numbers publicly: - organic reach on corporate company pages: down 80% - cost per qualified demo on paid ads: up 3x since 2024 - cold email inbox placement on secondary domains: under 20% - percentage of replies on branded posts that are AI bots: ~70% - percentage of inbound pipeline coming from the founder's personal timeline: 80%+ - percentage of marketing budget allocated to the founder's content: 0% icl founders will burn $25,000 a month on dead channels just to avoid being vocal online

pledging $159B to charity publicly while quietly writing "not legally binding" in your S-1 is the most San Francisco shit I have ever seen in my life they played the entire world like a fiddle
Who actually gets rich if Anthropic lists at $2 trillion? The S-1 filed on Monday lets us answer from the filing itself. The reported target is $1.5T to $2T, listing the week of November 16. The filing implies about 16.9B fully diluted shares. So $2T works out to roughly $118 a share. The cap table at $2T: - $199B for the 7 controlling co-founders, about 10% - $28B for Ben Mann, if his stake matches theirs - $100B for the Anthropic Public Benefit Fund, 5% - $331B in employee options and RSUs, about 17% , That pool covers about 5,300 employees, an average of $62M each. - But when you joined matters enormously. The S-1 shows how much equity was granted each year, and at what price. [ Headcount went from about 300 to 500 in late 2023, to 940 at end 2024, to 5,300 now. Match the two, and here is roughly how many people made what at $2T: - $110M to $400M each: ~300 to 500 people hired by 2023 - $200M to $300M each: ~440 to 640 hired in 2024 - $70M to $95M each: ~1,360 hired in 2025 - $10M to $20M each: ~3,000 hired in 2026 So about 940 people hired by the end of 2024 average nine figures. Everyone hired since averages eight figures. The 2024 class is the surprise. That year Anthropic granted 1.28B options at $1.30 a share. At $118, that one year of grants is worth about $133B. Then there is the tender. In April, holders could sell at $25.91 a share. Investors lined up $6B, but only $4.7B sold. Weeks later, Series H priced at $58.90 a share. At $2T, the people who held would be up 4.6x. And Dario and Daniela Amodei were among the sellers. The 7 founders have pledged 80% of their equity to charity. That is about $159B at $2T. But the S-1 says the pledges are not legally binding.

3 months later & this tweet aged like pure milk someone on github literally cloned @wisprflow exactly same made it 100% free made it faster but people are still gonna give wisprflow $12/mo only a few know why
Just today I've already seen Wispr Flow, Granola and WHOOP all "reverse engineered" and open sourced with a fully free version Very interesting to see what's happening The question is if normies will pick up on this (I think they will) and how companies will react and pivot to still make money

people who think "code is the moat" seem crazy to me they genuinely believe if u build a faster model & cut the price to 0... the market will respect you while actually the market does not give a fuck about your GitHub repo non-technical buyers will (& still do) gladly pay $12/month for the luxury of never having to think about how software works Free software on GitHub signals fragility so buyers assume a free repo breaks on the next macOS update the second the maintainer gets bored or gets a girlfriend but a paid subscription is psychological insurance that a funded company is legally & financially forced to keep the servers alive the price tag is just the trust signal Distribution is the only moat that can't be cloned over a weekend

nobody gives a fuck about another meta ads tutorial in 2026 this guy knew that, so he used an 8-figure bank wire as bait: line 1: "a life changing wire hit my account" actual topic: "how to run facebook ads" how he tricked 1.3M people into reading it & how to do the exact same thing: 1. Finish Line Bait (Line 1) "Two weeks ago a life changing amount of money was wired into my bank account from the sale of my business" imagine if he said "here is how to get a 4x ROAS", nobody would've clicked so he hooked them with the final destination literally sold the irreversible end-state every single marketer on this timeline dreams about at night: getting a massive check wired to their bank & walking away hooking with the final result people lust after stops the scroll dead 2. Incentive Killer (Line 2) "Since I'm no longer a competitor in this particular arena, I'm gonna drop some sauce..." this is the most important line in the entire post imho the number one reason people scroll past advice on this app is suspicion the second an audience reads a tutorial, their subconscious immediately asks: "if this actually prints money, why the fuck are u telling me on twitter instead of doing it yourself?" line 2 kills that alarm instantly "I don't compete here anymore" with one sentence, he gave them an airtight logical reason why the information is free the second people believe u have nothing to sell them, their defense drops to zero 3. Contraband Boundary (Line 3) "I'm going to be vague so I don't dox myself, but here it goes:" notice he didn't say "bookmark this thread" or "drop a like for part 2" like a needy nerd but made the audience feel like sharing this information was dangerous for him people VALUE leaked secrets --- How to replicate this exact setup without selling a business: you actually don't need an 8-figure exit to use this psychology this 3-beat structure works for literally any topic: 1. anchor to something that ended or happened a client contract that expired, a setup u just turned off or a campaign u ran for 6 months & killed 2. give the reader a concrete reason why you're willing to share the sauce right now "we don't take clients in this niche anymore" "we migrated our entire stack away from this" "this contract ended last friday" prove u don't compete with them 3. add a friction rule to protect yourself "scrubbing the client metrics so I don't get an angry email from their board" "can't share the exact URL for obvious reasons" once u realize 90% of content fails because people smell an agenda writing hooks becomes ridiculously simple
This is one of the best hooks I’ve ever read. If you understand why and can write like this, I’d love to hire you to ghostwrite X and LI content for tech founders. DM if interested.

part 2 just dropped!! bro's YC application is still in review & he's already committing $230,000 in SF payroll on his vercel subdomain the confidence of tech founders on this app needs to be studied

people will laugh at CT for this and will never get why this actually happens (it's definitely not because crypto users are boring) it's because 95% of crypto marketing teams are fucking useless the second bitcoin goes sideways for two weeks, every venture-backed marketing lead runs out of ideas & goes completely silent & when u give 100,000 people nothing interesting to talk about, they default to arguing over who pays for sushi on a tuesday notice what happens the second a team knows how to run a campaign in a boring market? look at polymarket during the election look at berachain making millions of people act like feral bears for months with zero paid KOL lists loot at the worldxyz marketing genius the timeline locked in immediately people on this app don't want to argue about dinner bills anytime they want a reason to give a fuck if your project's marketing only works when the chart is green you just have people sitting around waiting for bitcoin to do their job for them
you know how shitty the market is when the hottest topic of debate is "a man should pay for dinner on a date" on a serious note tho: ill pay for dinner guys please find me a tall baddie 😭

btw, you genuinely don't need to hire middlemen like this anymore a few simple prompts can scrape talent, cross-reference technical activity & flag who's fit for you in >30 seconds I've been using a few private bots to do this quietly for my own stack for some time now might drop the whole setup public in a few days bookmark this / follow so u don't miss the link when I drop it

Indians: We want jobs. Entrepreneur: Here’s an idea. Let me take the risk, build a business, and employ as many people as I can. (Some traction later) Indians: Bloody exploiters. We demand everything, right now. Entrepreneur: Okay. Shutting it down. Indians: See? Capitalism doesn’t work. It can’t feed people. (1 year later) Indians: We want jobs.

"you are so far behind if you aren't using voice-to-text" no u aren't (and never does it makes you better at writing online) when u talk out loud, your vocal tone tricks you into thinking your rambling is genius but the second it hits a screen without edits, it reads like a drunk text (try it if you don't believe me) the only time voice notes are actually lethal is if u have a ghostwriter sitting on the other end doing the edits for you I always set up a private Slack for every founder I work with with one rule: never type a brief just drop raw voice notes whenever you want to share something for content inputs when a founder sits at a keyboard, he freezes because he's terrified of offending his investors but when he drops a voice note: - its convenient - its raw without any filter - and you get him to tell you the actual details without any gatekeeping (which btw is a game changer while testing hooks and content angles) but most of that audio will be raw venting and its fine because buried inside is the truth that nobody else is brave enough to say out publicly voice-to-text is THE BEST for dumping the crime scene into your writer's Slack but turning that mess into something people give a fuck about still requires taste (dictating into claude ain't gonna save u)
If you aren't doing most of your work with voice-to-text You are SO far behind...
