The top minds of our country whose livelihood is not dependent on this country are leaving or have left, the ones whose livelihood does depend on it simply isolate themselves from all the system inefficiencies and talk about the growth story. Take a train ride from Delhi to any Tier-3 city and you’ll very quickly realize how little we have done.
