It is with sadness I relay to you the news of the passing of a larger than life figure, a humble and hardworking guy who had become somewhat infamous here on Twitter from his selfies that myself and others had used as meme templates. The Big Dog, Uncle Kevin, has died. A🧵 1/

Update on the landlord operation: 1. I have trained 7 people and am about to train an 8th one on how to find deportable H-1B landlords. Please support these patriots who are stepping forward. 2. We are starting to build a team to review our findings to flag possible mortgage fraud. We have 5 state governments that expressed interest in this data. 3. A financial institution expressed interest in knowing which mortgage brokers have high-risk clients, so that they can begin parallel construction and review these mortgages. 4. I am noticing that some H-1B landlords are starting to list their houses on the market now, hoping to sell before things get really bad.

I told @TuckerCarlson my plan to revive the Citrus industry in Florida: If any scientist, anywhere in the world, can solve the citrus greening problem, we will give them $1 billion dollars in cash.

My mom has an elevator in her house as well. I’m being serious, not a smarty pants. It looks just like this. When my parents built their house in the late 1990s, they made sure the windows lined up from the attic to the basement on the back so that they could install an elevator at a later date. They also designed everything to be wheelchair accessible. The house is four floors when counting the attic, which has subfloor covering its entirety. It stores so many things, including all of her wedding and holiday decor inventory she uses at church. The bottom floor has the garage and a fully completed basement, which has a mother-in-law suite. The fully functional suite in the basement has its own entrance. They included this living space in the design to ensure a home health nurse or elderly caretaker can live at the house full time if needed. Prior to building the house, my late father, who had a master’s degree in economics, estimated it was cheaper to install an elevator than pay for assistant living, regardless of how much Medicare covers. My mom is a retired family practitioner with 35 years of private practice under her belt. After being in practice for 15 years and seeing how so many of her elderly patients were treated, she decided it was better to pay for one qualified in-home caretaker than rely on strangers at a nursing home. My mom got the elevator installed about 10 years ago after my grandmother moved in with her. She used the elevator daily. Now that my grandma has passed on, I’m even more pleased with the fact my mom doesn’t have to walk up and down multiple stairwells throughout the day. She still uses the main stairwell daily but relies on the elevator for bringing in groceries and hauling inventory down from the attic. Even though the house is 6,000 square feet and much too large for just one person, it is still cheaper than paying for assisted living. It took my mom about 3 years to pay off the loan used to cover the elevator and construction costs. I appreciate that they had the foresight to build an elderly friendly house while still in their late 40s. I’d rather her spend money on an elevator than hospital bills caused by breaking a hip, or worse, from falling down the stairs. If you have parents who live in a home with lots of stairs and they can afford it, I highly recommend researching the cost of installing a wheelchair-friendly elevator. If you’re building your forever home and in your 40s, I highly recommend designing it to be elderly friendly and able to house a caretaker. These measures could very well be cheaper and safer in the long run.

Americans are not ready to watch sons and daughters hunted by FPV drones. Some may not like this post, and that’s OK. Some may see this as being a “panican,” and that is also OK. My tolerance for American blood being spilled is very, very low. But this needs to be said: If you have paid any attention to the war in Ukraine, you will know how drone warfare has escalated. You will have an understanding of the sophistication of the Ukrainians and Russians in their pursuit of hunting and killing each other with human-guided robots strapped with explosives. We know Russia and Iran share military ties; hell, the most common form of long-range standoff munition used to target Ukrainian infrastructure is an Iranian-designed Shahed drone. Now, are the Iranians as sophisticated as the Russians? No. But will a ground action result in grainy videos of Americans being hit by FPV drones? Almost certainly. Could the deployment of ground forces to the Gulf be a feint? Sure, it could be, but this point extends beyond Iran. The U.S. needs to be ready to counter the drone menace. I won’t pretend to know the inner machinations of the Joint Chiefs, the White House, or President Trump, but with the destruction of an E-3 Sentry on the runway, it has become absolutely clear the U.S. armed forces have not scaled their ability to handle drones. I don’t know what the answer here is, but I haven’t seen this point brought up at the frequency it deserves. It needs to be said. We are not ready for footage of American soldiers and Marines cowering in their last moments, set to some upbeat pop song or some cleric screaming praises to Allah.

I believe there was glitch with IRS direct payment during the 4th quarter deadline January 15. Several of our clients got confirmation for the estimated payments, but the IRS never withdrew the money from their bank accounts. I ran transcripts and the payments are reversed and not showing up as credit on the transcripts. Be aware of the problem!

I spoke to Tucker Carlson. When he says he was detained in Israel, I believe him. Israeli officials may call it “routine questioning.” But was it? Tucker is one of the most outspoken critics of Zionist influence in U.S. politics. You really think that played no role? Let me tell you why Israel's so-called “standard procedure” doesn't add up.
