It is heartbreaking even to think what will happen to the women & girl children of #Afghanistan. The World cannot just be onlookers. It is important that major Powers in the World must exert their influence & power in ensuring their sufferings are minimized. -Sg

Is not the grief of Nicole and Bibaa’s mother double that of Sarah’s? What does it say if our law enforcement treat us differently. No wonder trust in minority communities is so low. If you cut us do we not bleed the same? Equality for all. #EndViolenceAgainstWomen
How can the law justify actions of white girl murder vs black girl murder...both horrendous violence in their own rights and no parent should have to endure ..; yet speed to action by the law so different. @asiancircle @TheCirclengo @EMF @santoshbhanot @SazVora #evaw #BLM

I don’t really know what to say. Only that you must watch this heart breaking, dignified interview. The words ‘As a mother I am broken’ should haunt us for a very long time. Here is the chilling reality of #ViolenceAgainstWomen ,institutional racism & paucity of societal response

A drunk West Midlands police officer who verbally abused a woman - Emma Homer - with misogynistic slang, grabbed her by the neck & forced her to the floor as she walked down the street, was asked to pay her £500 in compensation. Enough said. theguardian.com/uk-news/2021…
