neuroplasticity is so fucking cool because we can literally build the brain we want. no more making excuses about our childhood making us the way we are. none of that sh*t. we have full control over altering the physical connections inside our brains, that's insane. but don't overcomplicate this topic, as it's easy to do. all you need to do is focus on changing your behaviour, focusing on the right things, and the brain will make the changes in the background.
