Are you someone that wants to get “better” or someone that wants to get “by”?
Every day, all of us get that choice: we get to choose to get better or we choose to get by.
“Getting by” means protecting comfort, accepting average, and hoping what I did yesterday is enough for tomorrow's challenges.
“Getting better” means asking tougher questions, embracing accountability, investing in your people, and raising the standard even when no one is asking you to.
The strongest organizations, teams, and cultures are not built on talent alone. They are built by leaders and individuals who refuse to settle, who learn continuously, adapt quickly, and model the behaviors they expect from their teams.
The question is not whether your team is capable of more. The question is whether you are leading them toward better-or simply helping them get by!
