My husband, Charlie Kirk, was killed in an act of political violence, something our two children and I will live with every day for the rest of our lives.
A culture that laughs at assassination is one of profound moral decay. It threatens the very foundation of our country and the principles that hold our democracy together.
You do not have to agree with someone’s politics to recognize the value of their life. This should not be so hard.
Political violence must never be something this country tolerates, excuses, or celebrates.

Polling place worker in California just casually admitted the barcode scanner has been broken ALL DAY.
Every single ID they scan? It pulls up the same random guy named Scott Long — at the county’s Imperial Highway headquarters address.
Not the actual voter. Scott. Every time.
They even joke about it: “Some guy named Scott… every time we scan, this random guy just pops up.”
One voter’s ID, another person’s ID, same result. “Same person.” “It’s the Imperial Highway address… like our county’s head center.”
Official ballots and party-change forms are right there on the table. The system that is supposed to verify who you are is locked on one name all day long.
If the check-in machine can’t tell voters apart, what else is it getting wrong?

The sheer volume of texts and phone calls I’ve received from people coming forward with information about Susie Wiles and alleged corruption is honestly staggering.
I’ve known for a long time how aggressively Susie worked to keep anyone associated with January 6 out of the White House. But the extent to which she allegedly obstructed access to President Trump, controlled the flow of information, and insulated him from people he needed to hear from is on an entirely different level.
The woman who was supposed to protect his presidency appears to have spent more time protecting her own interests and those of her inner circle.
And if even a fraction of what I’m hearing is true, the damage she has done to Trump’s 47th presidency will be historic.
I don’t wish ill will on anyone. But accountability is long overdue, and the American people deserve to know who was making decisions, who was being shut out, and what information was deliberately kept from the President.
Because when you start connecting the dots, an awful lot of roads appear to lead straight back to Susie Wiles.
And thank God for Natalie Harp. Without her, I have serious questions about how many people would have ever been able to get information directly to President Trump.
The job of a White House chief of staff is to serve the President and advance his agenda, not become the gatekeeper of his presidency.
