I work in crypto marketing.
But not the kind most people think of.
I’m the Chief Marketing Officer at @AstrabitTrading, where everything we do sits inside a regulated environment.
That changes everything about how marketing works in this industry.

You built the strategy and built the audience.
Now comes the part most traders didn’t plan to build:
Execution. Distribution. Billing. Payouts. Support.
AstraBit handles the platform layer, so you can stay focused on the strategy.

We will never forget!
I was in the 3rd grade when the towers fell.
I remember watching it on the TVs at school, and then coming home to my parents staring at the TV screen.
I didn't grasp it then, but now I understand.
"Today, we remember the 2,977 lives lost."
25 years ago, our nation changed forever.
Today, we remember the 2,977 lives lost on September 11, 2001, honor the first responders who ran toward danger, and recognize the generations who answered the call to serve afterward.
As a veteran-owned and operated company, this day carries a deeply personal meaning for AstraBit.
We will never forget.

AstraBit 3.0 is here. A brand-new experience.
We've refreshed the whole platform with a cleaner, more cohesive look and easier navigation across desktop and mobile. The first step toward one unified experience as our product family grows.

Definitely! Especially since what I asked actually didn’t even specifically include Astrabit. You guys are that rare to have that under your belt.

And that is correct. We are a FINRA member and register broker-dealer with the SEC. FINRA oversees securities and securities related services, while our automated trading system is part of our non-security related offerings.
But either way, we are held to the highest standards and accountability in all aspects of business due to being regulated!
For those running email campaigns, I have a little advice for you.
I get 10-20 emails a day with people trying to sell me their product or book a call or they use the same copy>paste message as the last outreach.
You want to know the ones I actively respond to?
The ones who show value from the first email.
The ones who say, "Hey, we did a [insert action] on AstraBit and found a few gaps. I've attached a report on what we found. If you'd like to go over it on a call, here's our link or some times that may work." ie
or "We think AstraBit could benefit from [insert campaign idea or creative]. We've drafted some and attached them. Let us know if you think this is a good angle."
THANK YOU FOR THIS. Seriously.
For me, I do not have all the time in the world to book 30 minute intro calls with every email that lands in my inbox claiming to do this or that. I don't have the time to discover if you're product is legit or you're just using hyped email copy.
But, if you take a little more effort than using ai to write emails and SHOW ME what you can do, I take you seriously and am 100% more likely to respond.
I also don't even entertain the outreach from companies who use the same email templates with the same copy. Do better please.
Maybe someone out there in a position like mine loves to have a vague back and forth conversation on what you actually do, and more power to them, but I don't.
Send me what you're capable of from day 1 and I promise you'll get better results.
Contrary to popular belief, I don't think ETFs are bullish for crypto adoption.
And I think people misunderstand what’s actually happening when money flows into a Bitcoin or Ethereum ETF.
Most people act like ETF inflows are directly injecting massive capital into the crypto market, but in reality, you’re usually buying exposure through a company that already owns the asset. You’re not buying and holding Bitcoin yourself. You don’t control custody, you can’t move it on-chain, you can’t use it in DeFi, and you’re not really participating in the crypto ecosystem itself. You’re buying exposure to the price movement.
Think about it from the company side. If you’re sitting on billions in BTC or ETH and don’t want to sell the asset because you believe it’ll continue appreciating, what do you do? You create an ETF around it. That lets you keep holding the asset while investors pour USD into your financial product. Now you have working capital, operating capital, fees, liquidity, and continued exposure to the underlying asset.
That money isn’t necessarily flowing into the actual retail spot market the way people think it is. A lot of it is flowing into traditional financial infrastructure wrapped around crypto.
ETFs might be bullish for price and institutional legitimacy, but I don’t know if they’re as bullish for actual crypto adoption, self-custody, decentralization, and peer-to-peer ownership as people pretend they are.
In a weird way, ETFs almost abstract people away from the original purpose of crypto.
I need suggestions for podcasts and/or audio books.
We recently had a baby (hes 6 weeks old now) and these nights are long.
What podcast and/or audio book do you like to listen to?
Doesn't have to be anything in particular. Just something you enjoy.
If you're a marketer, this is something you need to pay attention to. This officially starts June 9th.
If you advertise to anyone within the state of New York and use AI to generate images of performers (ie AI generated human content including audio, video, and image), you must disclose that on the ad or you'll be fined.
Your first violation will be $1,000 and then $5,000 a pop after that.
Personally I think this is a bit ridiculous, but it is New York after all.
From what I can tell it doesn't matter where you or your company are llocated, the only thing that matters is targeting users within New York. Format doesn't matter either.
Just make sure you have a disclosure in place by the June 9th deadline. Also, get with your legal and compliance counsel and don't just take my word.

That’s inaccurate. AstraBit is staying in the USA. Many digital asset companies are. To stay in the USA, you must abide by US laws & regulations. This means US digital asset companies must be licensed. The ones leaving may be trying to avoid US legal & regulatory requirements.
