Three days and still no useful help from @porterairlines. Obviously no concern for customers. I see my bag and know EXACTLY where it is but somehow they can’t communicate with baggage crew at @flySFO to find it and get it on a plane home. #avoidporter #airlinenightmare

I arrived in Toronto yesterday and was shocked at my treatment as a wheelchair passenger there was no one to help me bringing me to tears at my helplessness

@porterairlines - I travelled from Toronto to Boston on 5/11/24 (ref: ZDUZQK). My luggage never made it. I have filed a report (ref: BOSPD10375) but have not received any updates. I was sent to the Boston Airport today, but they don’t have my bag either. Zero updates-please help!

Porter Airlines I'm highly disappointed in your service and I will live to tell my bad customer experience I have with my generation yet unborn. I complained about a misplaced baggage and you acknowledged that you had found it but couldn't deliver the baggage to me since January.

Perhaps someone from your company should actually respond to customers with issues
Expressing shock and disappointment at how me and my fellow musicians were treated by @united at LAX, not in my decades of touring have I been spoken to with such snarky disdain with regard to transporting my instrument. 8 segments in the past month, this is a first. Bad bad bad.
