Four weeks without service, no clear answers and no indication of when it will be restored. Your customer service throughout this has been shocking and completely unacceptable.

This is simply not good enough. For weeks, this link has been the only source of information we’ve been given, and the only update we ever seem to receive is that there is no update and there is a delay.

This is completely unacceptable. Customers are continuing to pay for a service they cannot use, with no clear explanation or confirmed date for restoration. When will service be restored, @O2? And what compensation will affected customers receive?

Langholm is a rural community where people rely on their phones for work, staying connected with family and, most importantly, emergencies.

@O2 Langholm has now been without mobile signal for FOUR WEEKS. What started as updates within 48 hours has now turned into “We will update you in 7 days.” Are we seriously looking at FIVE WEEKS without mobile service?

@O2 When can the people of Langholm expect their service to be restored? And what compensation will customers receive for being left without a service they’re paying for?

@O2 This is simply unacceptable. We understand that faults happen, but the constant delays and lack of clear communication are incredibly frustrating.

@O2 Langholm is a rural town, and people rely heavily on their mobile phones for work, communication and, most importantly, emergencies. Not everyone has access to a landline or reliable Wi-Fi.

@O2 For two weeks, Langholm has had no mobile signal. Every day, the estimated repair time has been pushed back by another 48 hours. Today, a friend received an email stating it could be another five days, meaning we could be facing almost THREE WEEKS without service.

Emma is a great host, and Johannes as well! I feel like I still need to warm to Josh a little, but I’m sure that will come. It’s a change and will take time to get used to, but it’s literally the first show — give them a chance! I think they all did a great job tonight. #Strictly
