making your first $10k online is dangerous
it’s the moment you realize you don't need a normal job to survive. from that day on, you become unemployable
you will happily eat dirt, work double the hours and rebuild from zero ten times over before you ever consider letting someone else buy your hours again

Not proud of it.
Man enough to say it.
I have bear market PTSD, and it's making it difficult to deploy more of my sidelined cash because the bond market is scaring me a lot.

Memecoins are ONE CYCLE trade. You trade them, but never HODL them.
I mean $WIF was THE MEME last cycle with Ansem putting it on the LA Sphere*
Now, the chart looks like that ↓ and mindshare-wise it is dead.
And for a meme to lose mindshare is DEATH.
$FARTCOIN? Same story despite huge success beyond CT.
$DOGE is an exception as it survived TWO cycles. But it is not really strong runner anymore.
This short lifespan makes it different from the main crypto meme - Bitcoin which manages to reinvent itself.
Anyway, whatever you think of solana:HcRLc9VDgjLeK154xDawfb1dmVJ98DoSqcwTHGqiDeJR, $CASHCAT etc etc., just make sure to sell them.
Very simple lesson yet too many become married to their bags
One of the things I have changed my mind on this cycle is that meme coin trading is a fad or short lived phenomena.
It's not.
I thought it was a solved game, but the variance due to internet culture seems to keep the game going, alongside the addictive nature of gambling.
I am actually not a fan of gambling, and have a close family member who suffers from this addiction, but I accept that millions of people want to/need to gamble for various reasons: entertainment, desire to elevate one's station, desperation, boredom etc.
The lottery has atrocious odds, but it is the gambling game that the majority of the world have played for almost the last 100 hundred years. If you add up the combined sum a regular person has lost in their life playing the lottery is significant. It is kind of like a tax on poor people.
The internet + blockchains have enabled digital slot machines/lottery games in the form of infinite token creation. The dopamine hits that come with this form of gambling are the strongest of any gambling game imo.
No matter how much you hate this it is simply not going away.
You now have many ways to invest in the underlying infrastructure related to this form of internet gambling. Last cycle the cleanest proxy was SOL.
This time around you have launchpads with differing mechanisms that allow the game to be played in different ways.
Some are more aligned with their holders than others, but all are seeing rising interest and adoption metrics.
Other opportunities remain in the private markets like FOMO, but they possibly may airdrop one day who knows.
The activity will ebb and flow with manic peaks and big lows as the the flows are carried by speculation seen in other areas of the market, becoming more liquid as wealth trickles into onchain gambling.
Again, hating on this is futile. You are better off ignoring it if it bothers you. Gambling is big business in the real world, and there are extremely profitable businesses in that sector.
Everyone loses on slot machines in Vegas, and yet the people keep coming back to play them with the hope of hitting it big one day.
There is a lot of total bullshit happening with KOLs, and bundling etc. I am not condoning that at all. And I steer away from that completely, and encourage you to do so as well.
Redacted people are going to do redacted things even though they actually know they are being robbed and scammed. You can't stop this.
You don't have to speculate on a single individual memecoin coin, and I actually don't think it is +EV to do so.
But it's clear there are going to be giant onchain internet gambling infra winners here, and you can capture that opportunity if you want to.

I wanna give some credit to Phantom for turning one of the best mobile wallets into utter garbage.
Why can't I easily find my wallet address from the first page of the UI?
Why does ever token sale automatically go to Phantoms stable coin?
Why did they move the send or even receive tokens button into an obscure place and require 3-4 additional button clicks?
It takes a special talent to turn a great product into an absolutely AWFUL one.

Tokens paired with strong bullish assets, with trading fees in those strong bullish assets going to token holders in perpetuity creates the incentive to hold, and is a better model, not simply a meta.
Imagine if last cycle everyone that had bought WIF earned a constant stream of SOL yield before SOL went 3-4x. How much higher would WIF have gone as well?
The model creates more winners through longer holding times, reduces losses and risk through yield, and harnesses speculation to create buying pressure for other valuable assets onchain, alongside bootstrapping volume for new tokenized assets.
This makes degenerate speculation more productive and useful.
Food for thought.

Pump launched an inferior copy slop product that doesn’t even pay out rewards.
And coordinated with KOLs to dump STONK, which triggered the weakest of weak hands to exit.
STONK absorbed it all, and PUMP is lower than before they launched the stock pairs.
Now the Pump vamp attack fear has been removed, with STONK having better distribution.
Stonk has rallied the entire Solana ecosystem to its cause as a protocol that lifts up everyone.
STONK is going higher.
I actually think CS2 might be the best competitive game for people with busy lives.
You can stop playing for weeks, come back, and Counter-Strike is still Counter-Strike. You don’t have 15 new characters, a completely different meta and a two-hour video explaining the latest patch to learn. 😭
Your aim might be cooked, but the fundamentals you learned years ago still matter.
That simplicity is honestly one of CS’s greatest strengths.

$1K → $50K in 5 days with RH LPing 💰📈
Start: $1K
End: $50K
WR: 63%
Pos: 190
Time: 5d
I’ve been LPing for 12+ hours a day during this run.
Here’s how it went
For the past 5 days, I’ve been tracking coins mainly through Fomo App and GMGN while focusing heavily on the hype around Robinhood Chain.
A big part of my strategy was taking double-sided LP positions on coins where I thought the volume and momentum could sustain.
During the first 2 days, my win rate was around 83%.
Then things started getting more difficult. As more attention came into the ecosystem, it also felt like more ruggers started moving over from other chains. I took some painful losses on a few double-sided positions. Still, most days ended with a level of profit I was happy with.
One thing that helped me mentally was keeping my position sizes around the amounts I’m already used to trading with. As the account grew, I regularly moved profits out instead of constantly increasing my position size. That made it much easier to stay comfortable and avoid letting the bigger numbers completely change how I traded.
And then there was the real boss fight: the Uniswap interface. There were moments where using it was genuinely painful. But weirdly, that also created an edge.
When liquidity is difficult to deploy and manage, getting into the right pool early can sometimes leave you with a much bigger piece of the pie while everyone else is still fighting with the interface.
Whenever Uniswap became too painful, I used @KrystalDeFi
I mainly used it to:
• create pools for highly volatile coins
• scan existing pools
• track my LP positions and PnL
• manage positions when the normal interface wasn’t cooperating

If you use this link, it also supports @MetturkTR 🤝
For the portfolio tracker shown in the screenshots, you can also use @lpagent_io Having a clean view of positions, realized PnL, fees and overall performance becomes extremely useful when you’re opening this many positions in such a short period of time.
I also can’t talk about this 5-day challenge without mentioning @MetturkTR 👨🍳
Around 5 days ago, especially with PONS gaining momentum, we started focusing much more heavily on Robinhood Chain an ecosystem where we had already been LPing from time to time. From there, things accelerated very quickly.
Inside the Discord, everyone started sharing anything that could give the others an edge.People who found LP-friendly coins shared the CA.People who discovered useful Uniswap tricks or tools explained how they worked. If someone found something useful, it usually reached the rest of the community pretty quickly.
As Metturk, we also tried to bring more attention to the LP opportunities on Robinhood Chain through Twitter.Over the last few days, we received messages from both Turkish and global community members who started LPing on Robinhood after seeing our posts and managed to make good money from it.Some of them even caught very nice opportunities on MEME yesterday. That part has probably been one of the most satisfying things about this run.
Of course, $1K → $50K in 5 days is not something I consider normal or easily repeatable.
The market conditions, volume and timing lined up extremely well. There was also a lot of risk involved, especially with double-sided LPing on highly volatile coins. The losses were real too.But this week reminded me once again why I enjoy LPing so much.
Finding the right pool early, understanding where volume is moving, managing ranges and risk, and sometimes simply being faster than everyone else can create some pretty crazy opportunities.
5 days.
190 positions.
63% WR.
$1K → $50K.
Milestone reached. 🔥
Thanks to everyone who followed my updates throughout this journey and supported me along the way. Really appreciate it. 🤝
Also, a special thanks to @kkelebek76 for building this community and bringing Turkish LPers together without expecting anything in return.
Also, a big thank you to all the team members, elders, and community members who have contributed to Metturk’s growth along the way. 🤝
my prediction:
$AMC ceo is the first, i expect a pact of c-suite/execs
-@RobinhoodApp wrapped 190+ us stocks into debt securities and holders onchain dont have voting power
-the voting power stays with a robinhood-owned issuer. and when the shares get lent out, the issuer waives it (cdn.robinhood.com/assets/rob…)
-in theory if onchain owns shares, these boards are scared of that voting power
-today its 0.05% of $AMC. boards arent scared of 0.05%. they should be scared of what it looks like at 5%, with no proxy rules
a meme
Robinhood apparently is behind an effort related to “tokenized real-world assets including Stock Tokens” for AMC Entertainment (and supposedly 190+ other companies). They are not registered under U.S. securities laws !!!!!!
I find this practice to be contemptible, outrageous, disgusting, detestable, inexcusable, vile. How can it possibly be legal? We have no connection to this at all, and do not condone it in any way.
We immediately are going to have our outside securities counsel look into this.
