1⃣Developing a method is just the first step. ✔️ 2⃣Helping others adopt it is the second step 👇 Thanks to @aleks_petelski, @edemmott and the entire @slavovLab team for this @NatureProtocols article! nature.com/articles/s41596-0…

We've created an interactive website to visualize >100,000 experimental measurements of how mutations to #SARSCoV2 RBD affect binding by antibodies & sera: jbloomlab.github.io/SARS2_RB… Explore it to examine a wealth of information about the antigenic effects of viral mutations. (1/n)

I’m delighted to share the first @emmottlab preprint! In this paper we study protease activity in #SARSCOV2 infected cells. We found multiple unknown cleavage sites in viral proteins, and novel cellular targets of the viral proteases essential for virus replication.

Really excited to share this tool that we've been working on over the past few months. The code is 100% open source at github.com/vector-engineerin…, if you would like to replicate our analyses, rebuild our app, or suggest any features that would help with your COVID-19 research.

The revised version of SCoPE2 biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/… has 3 major improvements: 1) SCoPE2 data for >1,000 single cells. No, the reviewers didn’t ask for it, but we thought it's a good way to characterize the reproducibility and throughput, much better than adjectives. 1/4
