atomcamp recently conducted an important AI training for civil servants undergoing their Senior Management Course (SMC) at the National Institute of Public Administration (NIPA), Islamabad. This training is part of our ongoing partnership with the Ministry of IT & Telecommunication (@MoitOfficial ), under which atomcamp has designed AI capacity-building programs for civil servants across every tier of government, from the Civil Services Academy (@CSAgovPK ) to the National School of Public Policy. Each tier has its own defined learning outcomes, tailored to the responsibilities officers hold at that stage of their careers. For this Senior Management Course, the focus was on equipping senior officers to own an AI system end to end: how to monitor and evaluate one once it's deployed, how to identify and address bias, and how to apply the principles of responsible and efficient AI use in a public-sector context. This initiative is alligned with Pakistan's National AI Policy, steered under the leadership of Federal Minister for IT & Telecommunication, Ms. Shaza Fatima Khawaja (@ShazaFK ). The honorable Minister is herself leading the initiatives to upskill public and civil servants in AI at every level of government. Over time, atomcamp has helped institutionalize AI skill development across the civil service, and we're proud to keep building on that foundation.
