i genuinely think custom pairs could be one of the biggest structural shifts for the trenches. that's the reason I'm working so much on BATON, as i believe it will showcase how it will work.

the reason our community is so strong and u keep seeing so many raiders is bcs we embraced baton betas sub-communities. we r trying to build ecosystem organically without pushing artificially these betas.
imagine new launches being built around established meme communities of @Pumpfun instead of every new coin competing for the same fragmented pool of SOL liquidity.
and i don’t think this should be exclusive to $BATON. $neet, $TROLL $ANSEM and other strong community brands should be part of it.
think about the flywheel:
more launches bring new traders and activity into existing ecosystems. successful betas strengthen their parent communities. stronger communities attract more builders, liquidity and new participants.
and with PUMP as the common denominator, this can benefit the wider ecosystem too.
the opportunity is about creating interconnected economies where new launches have an existing community to build around, and established communities have a reason to keep growing.

since my account now blowing up, i use this opportunity to talk about BATON cto.
i want to go back to my original CTO post, where i said i like challenging the system.
i see so much hate about the state of crypto. people complain about the crime meta, insider games,, KOLs farming their followers, and how difficult it is for ordinary people to win.
but how many are actually trying to change something instead of just complaining about it?
when i found $BATON, i saw a giga opportunity.
the coin was holding the $1m levels without a CTO, without someone actively coordinating the community. that was a huge signal for me. it meant there was already organic demand, conviction and belief.
at the same time, as someone who’s spent years frontrunning narratives and market shifts, i was noticing something else.
the crime meta was starting to lose its edge. (and yes, i still believe this transition is happening.)
people were getting tired of the same old game. the market needed something different: belief, communities, actual reasons to hold and people willing to build together.
in my experience, these are exactly the periods when major meta shifts happen. when the old playbook stops working and new opportunities emerge.
i decided to put my conviction behind one of them.
and no, i’m not mother theresa. i’m not doing this out of charity. i like winning. i like making money. i’m competitive as hell.
but i also find it much more interesting to win while helping hundreds of ordinary people win alongside me than to make money by playing a zero-sum game against everyone else.
i’ve always believed there’s a different way to play this market.
PvE over PvP.
not everyone needs to be someone else’s exit liquidity. communities can create value, grow together and challenge the existing game.
I belive BATON will help remind trenches how it should be done the right way.
It’s a generational wealth opportunity as i said it multiple times. Now it preparing to hop much more than previous ATH

there’s a pretty obvious pattern in most of the winners she listed.. she was finding opportunities before the market even knew how to value them
and i think that’s the biggest IQ test in crypto
look at every major cycle.. eth for smart contracts, aave for lending, uniswap for DEXs, unibot for trading bots, pump for launchpads and wif for solana memes
the biggest winners become the benchmarks everyone else chases.. and the real money is often made recognizing them before the market figures out what they’re worth
but there’s an interesting problem with being early to something defining its own category.. there’s no established ceiling telling u when to start taking profits
which is why even traders who consistently find winners can end up roundtripping them.. recognizing the opportunity and knowing how far to ride it are two completely different skills
meanwhile we’ve conditioned an entire class of traders to hypertrade so much junk they can’t even distinguish something worth holding from something meant to be flipped
they’re too busy chasing green candles and whatever some farming KOL tells them is good to actually think for themselves
which is funny because trading is literally about finding disconnects between what something is worth and what the market thinks it’s worth
and that’s why $BATON interests me
original pumpfun lore, first $PUMP paired meme, LP economics and the potential for an entire beta ecosystem feeding liquidity and mindshare back into baton
all sitting on top of a PVE community that’s already survived the lows and proven it knows how to bagwork
high mindshare, a unique structure and a community that’s already been tested.. yet the market is still figuring out how to value the combination

one of the reasons i was late to social apps is that i’m simply not a momentum trader.
i trade more like a sniper. i can make one play in several months, sometimes even once a year. i don’t need to be in the market every day. i need to recognize an opportunity i genuinely believe in.
my hit rate on conviction plays i’ve put real research and effort behind is around 80%. some performed better than others, but most eventually went up significantly.
a little bit of history:
i was early to Treasure DAO aNFTs and $MAGIC in my first crypto cycle. my biggest win back then was frontrunning the Arbitrum meta. i made around $300k from free NFT mints.
this account didn’t even exist as a trading account back then, but my OG NFT friends still remember it. that was the first big win that made me trust my own instincts in crypto.
other major wins in subsequent cycles: erc404 frontrun Pandora, btc eco frontrun PUPS & WIZARD, PUPPETS Ordinals (7 fig cook), UTYA and ton eco frontru, PYTHIA, TROLL, ZERA, 67 and plenty of smaller cooks.
if i hadn’t roundtripped so many bags, i might have been retired by now.
but that’s crypto. recognizing an opportunity and knowing when to exit are two very different skills.

I've been in memecoins for years, and somewhere along the way I almost forgot what it felt like to actually enjoy holding a coin.
$BATON genuinely brought that feeling back.
For once, I don't feel the need to check the chart every hour, wondering if I'm about to get dumped on. I can just hold my bag, work for it, trust the community and enjoy being part of something bigger.
It brings back that feeling of actually enjoying watching your bag grow, instead of constantly thinking about when to sell before everyone else does.
And that's something incredibly rare in today's trenches.
I've seen countless communities come and go over the past few months, but there's something special about the $BATON Army: people are genuinely delusional enough to keep believing, keep grinding and keep holding through the worst market conditions, with the shared ambition of sending this thing to new highs.
And I sincerely believe $BATON has the potential to become much more than just another successful memecoin.
It could actually help bring a culture shift to the trenches and @Pumpfun. Less PVP, less short-term farming, more conviction, more organic communities and more people winning together.
Everyone keeps complaining about the state of the ecosystem, but how many are actually willing to be the change they want to see?
That's exactly what I believe we're trying to build here.

i’ve been a vocal critic of pumpfun’s previous payout structure, so i’m genuinely happy to see it changing.
i think it’s equally important to give credit where it’s due and acknowledge when @Pumpfun listens to user feedback and makes improvements.
today i received my first genuinely good payout for a $BATON call. a coin that has already done a 20x from its previous ATH, but got there through a slow cook, organic growth and consistent community work.
