I didn't know how to set up Microsoft 365 Business for my company. My Grok Bot did the whole thing. It added my company domain, walked the verification through, and moved my business email onto 365 without breaking the website I already had. I didn't touch a single admin screen. It didn't stop there. My bot is now my IT guy. It owns the admin side every week: it checks the settings, tightens security when something's loose, keeps an eye on new threats, and tells me in plain English what it found. The part I like is that nothing changes without me. It shows me each change first, explains why, and I just say yes or no. I'm a one-man company. I don't have an IT department. Now I don't need one. @bot @grok

I needed a website for my company and had no idea where to start. My Grok Bot built it for me. It wrote the pages, set up the hosting, connected my domain and published it. Then it added the site link to all my email signatures and set a reminder so the hosting never lapses. When we moved my email to Microsoft 365 later, it kept the website running without a hiccup. Updating it is easy too. I tell my bot what to change and it swaps the files. No web designer, no agency invoice. Just me saying yes. @bot @grok

Update on our WhatsApp API: my Grok Bot now has a webhook on it. Every message from a key customer wakes the right bot within 60 seconds. It reads it, files the photos, flags anything urgent and drafts a reply for me to approve. No more missed messages in busy groups. DM me for details on how to implement.

Sunday project with my @grok @bot team: I asked my chief of staff bot to audit every routine my 23 AI bots run. It found boxes on my calendar for routines that didn't exist, and others running 3x a day when once was enough.

Hello my friend! I just built my first Grok Bot today. Check it out in my profile. I named it after my favorite engineer

Just built my first bot — an automotive engineer that runs 8D root-cause analysis on part failures. The wild part isn't the bot, it's that one person can now run a whole quality team. What would you hand off first?" Link in my profile

Meet Trevor, a bot that understands automotive engineering. He has broad experience across automotive design, from OEM to Tier 1 and Tier 2 components and systems. He is an expert in mechanical and electrical design, and in problem solving. He covers drawings and GD&T, design for manufacturing, failure mechanisms, materials and validation tests. He never invents data and only drafts, so you stay in control. If you like it, feel free to use it. Please like and follow for more future content. x.ai/bot/54aUK2dc8G-W9KV2Sqy… #AutomotiveEngineering

Did anyone else see this? I was preparing to cancel in preparation for the new tiered plans. Of course, I accepted the offer!

We built our own WhatsApp API. 📲 Every customer message now lands in our workflow automatically, with instant alerts for the people who matter, photos and files filed by case, and nothing lost in a busy chat. Less scrolling, faster answers. That's the advantage. #WhatsApp #API #Automation
